Sculpt is trending, CUTE.. we've been "sculpting" since 2013 🤭 We didn't add Pilates because Pilates became Popular... We didn't add sculpt because it started trending... They have always been the anchor of our BSB METHOD ™️ For 14 years we have been refining a method built around what we believe matters: barre, Pilates principles, resistance + strength training, functional movement, cardio, precision, alignment, intentional execution, and music that drives it all! We've evolved. We've gotten stronger. We've learned. We've refined. BUT we have never had to reinvent ourselves to fit a fitness trend of the moment... Because we built the method before it became the moment! If you are looking for a method that has been refining for 14 years, with real results and the most amazing community that makes you have fomo when you miss a class... click the link in our bio. We'll see soon in class! ☺️ #fitnessmotivation #fitness #barre #pilates #sculpt
