Find yourself a corner of the world where the person next to you isn’t competition.

Where encouragement is near.
Where hard things are expected, but you’re never expected to do them alone.
Where strength is celebrated for what it gives you, not just for what it looks like.

Coaching at The Yard has sharpened me professionally, but more than that, this community has made me stronger.

These people have a way of stretching the limits you set for yourself.

They remind you what strong can do for your quality of life.

They model what it looks like to prioritize your health so you can better show up for the people you love.

And they make a gym feel a whole lot more like a community.

This corner of the world isn’t intimidating.

It’s an invitation.

If you’ve been looking for a place to get stronger, be encouraged, and surround yourself with people who genuinely want to see you win, we’d love to have you.

Open Week starts September 14. 🤍

Come find your people.

The most incredible time working alongside the attendees and volunteers at this year’s @bissellpets Blocktail Par-tee 🐾

A huge thank you to my amazing volunteers who helped encourage guests to contribute their creativity and bring this project to life 🖼️

I am grateful to share my passion through such an amazing event that not only celebrates the love for animals but also creates meaningful impact by raising awareness and helping pets find loving homes. ❤️

@trust_gr us when we say @cheftrimell Chefs Table experience is to dine for 🔥

Take your tastebuds, heart, and soul on a journey at TRUST Restaurant with Chef Trimmel at the helm.

Each dish tells a story—from flavors rooted in his Chicago upbringing to bold, new culinary experiments. And just when you think you’ve seen it all, expect a playful plate that invites you to experience it your own way.

This isn’t just dinner—it’s an experience you bring your foodie too, special occasions, date nights, or to truly treat yourself.

Thanks for an amazing time, Chef + Crew!
