Embodying the words we need to hear through poetry, art, and workshops so we can have the awe-dacity to be her(e) now.

It was the very best kind of Friday yesterday.

A slow morning with journaling, my protein drink, and nowhere I needed to rush off to.

Then off to yoga, where I got to be the STUDENT and enjoy a beautiful class led by one of our newest teachers. (Seriously, what a gift to just show up, roll out my mat, and receive!).

Lunch with my daughter and our sweet pup. A little afternoon nap because apparently my sleep debt has been collecting interest. 😂

And then a complete change of pace… getting all dressed up for a fancy evening out with the hubs. Because who doesn’t love an excuse to put on a pretty dress?

A little quiet. A little movement. A little family time. A little rest. A little glamour.

Nothing particularly extraordinary, and somehow, exactly the kind of day that makes life feel extraordinary.

More Fridays like this, please. ☀️💖

It was a great night to kick off our fall season of upcoming workshops. Laura West of Joyful Business led us on an incredible journey of self-exploration. I have so much gratitude for the women who showed up for themselves and for Laura for all the powerful insights! Thanks for a great night!!

Summer Recap 🎥🌲 We’ve been on a little break from the social media machines and we have so much to share!!

But for now, a look back on sweet, long, hot as hell, but so beautiful
☀️S U M M E R☀️

Filled with a nonstop Noah Kahan soundtrack, a new love for embroidery, practicing watercolor, not to many hikes due to some medical stuff that I’ll share later, but lots of good music, and the kindest family and friends a girl could ask for.

Yesterday I went over to The Lazy Daisy to support my friend Jamie @shemakes.art . She just opened up a cute boutique inside! She carries her own creations with powerful messages (see what I just had to get below) and Natural Life accessories ; I love their catalogue - boho luv).
I live supporting women stepping u to their dreams and sharing their creativity and art - whatever their art is!

Today officially marked the end of our Sweepstakes winners’ 8 weeks with us and we couldn’t be more proud 💙

Every single one of them showed up, stayed consistent, pushed through busy days, and committed to themselves in a way that truly matters. Watching their confidence grow and their strength build over these past two months has been something special 🥹

They did the work. They showed up for themselves. And that’s something to celebrate 👏

Next week, we’ll be announcing the Ultimate Fully Alive Sweepstakes Winner 🏆 one of these girls will receive a full year of personal training on us ⭐️

Stay tuned 👀

No matter what happens next, we’re beyond grateful for these four and the energy they brought into this place🙏

Happy Valentine’s Day from the Fully Alive fam 💗

Swolemate Week gave us the chance to celebrate friendships, spouses, siblings, workout partners, and every kind of support system in between 🥰

Some came with their significant other. Some brought a best friend. Some showed up side by side with their everyday crew. And every single one of you made it special!!!

There’s something powerful about sharing the work with someone who’s in it with you. That’s what makes this place feel like more than just a gym❤️

We’re so grateful for all of you, thanks for being our Valentines 💕
