10 years and thousands of photos and videos later….

Just finished a weekend’s worth of filming and a full days worth of live editing with the client.

I’ve said it many times I love working in the theatre space and with such talented people!

I'm celebrating the announcement of @milliners_guild's Eliza Doolittle Day Challenge and covering two days of @ahataday4may at the same time today so bear with me!
●
#ahataday4may Day 19 #ahatforascot and Day 20 #ahatforthestage
●
Both can be covered by throwing it way back to my undergrad at @ssmtva's 2002 production of My Fair Lady. I was a student Assistant Costume designer for the production and it holds a special place in my undergraduate memories, as I was given my first wire frame millinery instruction during the build for the show.
It was early days in my millinery knowledge but they let me make both Eliza and Mrs. Higgins' Ascot hats, based on the Costume Designer's renderings.
These early hats may seem a bit rough around the edges now, viewed through the lens of twenty years more experience, but I'm still as delighted with them now as I was then because of what they taught me.
