Weekly Wellness Tip 💪

Want more from every rep? Train the muscle in its lengthened position.

Working through the fullest range of motion, especially the deep stretch at the bottom of each movement, gives you better muscle stimulation and better growth than cutting your reps short.

So on your next workout, lighten the weight if you need to, sink into the full stretch, and control every inch of the rep. That is where the real results happen.

Twenty-four hours in Highlands, North Carolina: a vibey, unexpected hotel, an unforgettable meal, and an intimate, candlelit evening with musician Rayland Baxter, an artist our whole family has loved ever since discovering him at Coast Is Clear Music Festival in Key West.

Hope you enjoyed your Father’s Day surprise, Shep. ❤️ One of those nights we’ll be talking about for a long time. ✨ #highlandsnc #raylandbaxter

Happy 18th Birthday to my son ❤️

There are many things I love about you, but what makes me proudest is your kindness. So many people (and strangers!) have told me what a respectful, thoughtful young man you are.
They aren’t wrong.
You care deeply about people, justice, and the environment, and you aren’t afraid to feel things deeply. The world needs more young men like you. Keep being exactly who you are. I couldn’t be prouder. Jack, I love you so much ❤️
