The child’s basketball schedule has seriously impinged upon my getting dressed up and going out to dinner schedule. The things we do for our kids. The dealbreaker would be if it interfered with my workout schedule. Saturday morning kickboxing is a must!! Thanks to Coach Minh and @teamoctopus_midtown. This is always a good start to Saturday!!

Wearing a @dylanmichaelfitness mask makes you stronger. Scientifically proven.

Also, look at the definition in the shoulders of @chickamollyboomboom . She's a beast!!!

- I've been beaming with pride all day about the undefeatable @chickamollyboomboom . She's put her 100 into everything I've thrown at her in her workouts. And today was no different.

When challenged to a full one hour #HIITWorkout she rose to the ooccasion and absolutely crushed it.

Seeing her full on dedication in those 60 minutes helped reignite a bit of my inner flame.

It's moments like this that make me so happy that I stumbled into a profession where I can constantly be impressed by the people I surround myself with. You're a superhero, S. 💪🏽

- Working with @chickamollyboomboom is one of the highlights of my week. She always come in with a "can-do" attitide, and takes everything I throw at her and then kicks its ASS. From today's session: Kettlebell swings into a clean squat. 💪🏽 #PersonalTrainer #FitnessLife
