🌟✨ Reflect. Witness. Connect. ✨🌟 In the journey of self-discovery, we find truth in the reflection of another and the mirror before us. It takes bravery to see ourselves for who we truly are and the courage to share it openly. The power of the witness is transformative. Learning to behold another without judgment, embracing their essence, and staying rooted in our own energetic frequency. Authentic relating becomes the key. Revealing our true selves, unveiling our vulnerabilities, and communicating from a place of genuine honesty. It's about congruence – aligning our inner thoughts, actions, and words. Let's embrace the beauty of connection, where the eyes become portals to the soul. Let's own our truth and share it freely, for it is through vulnerability that true bonds are forged. Join us on this profound journey of self-discovery and authentic relating. Together, let's create a space where genuine connections flourish and the power of authenticity reigns. 🌿💫💞 ✨Join us next year for Goddess Illuminated Retreat in Costa Rica June 2024 🌺🌴 Link in bio to learn more ✨ #Reflect #Witness #AuthenticRelating #Vulnerability #GenuineConnections #powerofauthenticity 📸 @meghanspiro 🎥 @skyotemoon

🌟✨GODDESS ILLUMINATED RETREAT HIGHLIGHT REEL✨🌟 WOW!! It’s hard to believe that almost 3 weeks have passed since our incredible retreat together!! The experience was nothing short of magical, and I still feel like I’m basking in the afterglow. It was like giving birth to an up-leveled version of myself. I’ve been in a state of pure bliss, relaxing and integrating all the profound moments we shared. We delved deep into the shadows, fearlessly releasing what no longer served us from a place of empowerment. Together, we experienced the full range of human emotions. We laughed until our bellies hurt, shed tears of healing, let out primal screams, danced like nobody was watching, adorned ourselves in beauty, allowed our authentic selves to be seen and most importantly, we formed connections that will last a lifetime.
