So in 35+ years of her being my best friend never did I ever think I’d get her to do an event that involved running, let alone it be her idea. I’m so so proud of you @shezza_m you run every lap and did everything HYROX throws at you. You may of hated every minute, but I bloody loved it.
Your may now return to powerlifting with @team.livetolift

Our 2nd HYROX mixed doubles and we smashed 5 minutes off our last attempt.
1hr 16 minutes - being an old bird I’m chuffed with that
💪🏼🥰 @jchief13

Spent the whole day trying to workout how to sum up yesterday.
Possibly one of the most special days I’ve experienced, to see the Ladies England Rugby team win the Rugby World Cup in a sold out Twickenham, with women who I love, admire and respect all around me was something that will stay with me forever.
From being a young girl saying thank you for being allowed to play late on Sunday afternoons, in old shirts, whilst coming across a lot of objections - well yesterday shows how far it’s come ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹
