That’s a solid truth bomb. The stuff we resist the most is usually the exact thing that will push us forward. Whether it’s dialing in nutrition, sticking to a training plan, or leveling up your business, the real growth happens when you tackle the hard, uncomfortable work head-on.

What’s the thing you’ve been avoiding lately? Let me know in the comments 📝

Here’s Some Behind The Scenes clips from last nights Birthday dinner party for my baby Berv! I cooked a Seafood Medley, Rice & Peas, along with curry Chicken. Shout to @maemaeplantcafe for holding us down with Salad, Eggplant and Couscous, everything was SLAPPIN! Big Thank You to @drummerkingj___ & the @fetekingz for providing the vibes. Biggup @exilusmedia, @halucinated & @miguelthevj for always holding us down with the pictures and visual effects! Thank you to all our family and friends that got a text somewhere between Tuesday & Thursday and showed up with short notice to express their love for Bervely on Her 40th trip around the Sun!
A time was had!
