I’m extremely lucky to work with such cool people. I’m proud of these folks who faced some fears (and a worthy opponent) this weekend in our Charity Fight Night. Over £25,000 collectively raised for causes close to each competitor’s heart (from children’s cancer and Parkinson’s to medical supplies for Ukraine). They all deserve massive props!

As a trainer, we set goals with clients, timelines etc and take them on a journey. The client experience is why @shipstonpersonaltraining create things like this. I do love my job!

Thank you to everyone involved 🤜🥊

Not our usual post but this is a shout out for the boss and his latest crazy idea to raise awareness and funds for two great causes.
Mark is stepping into the boxing ring to fight for the first time, and in doing so hopes to support @cyclistsfightingcancer a local Stratford-upon-Avon based charity who provide specially adapted bikes and support for young people and children living with and recovering from cancer.
