This is Nick Pope. A former UFO investigator for the UK Ministry of Defense and a huge voice for #UAP & #UFO research around the world. He was also a friend of mine.
Sadly, Nick passed away on April 6, 2026.
I knew Nick from our work together on the @historytv series, @ancientaliens, where he regularly shared his perspectives on all things unexplained.

These shots are some of my favorite memories with Nick.
1. Nick’s “serious” portrait - far from his clever, funny, and smiling spirit.
2. Nick at the table with @williamshatner for @ancientaliens
3. ET note in a cafe where we had breakfast near #Area51.
4. We covered #StormArea51 together in 2019, and celebrated with special edition Alien beers after we wrapped.

RIP NICK POPE

Yay! Screened @d.e.admovie for the cast & crew + some friends at @dynastytypewriter a couple of weeks ago. So fun to celebrate everyone’s amazing work on this film - excited to have our official premiere soon! (missed you like mad @edellorso)
