TRAIN LIKE A GIRL WAS PHENOMENAL 🩷

Kyira and I are dedicated to creating a space that is more than just aesthetics, but actually brings true community. This event was a safe space for women to open up about their actual struggles in a nonjudgmental space. We are passionate about making sure that women encounter Christ. We are also passionate about fitness and the healing it brings.

Sweat, smiles, selfies, tears, and so much PINKK. Running it back August 29th.

Walk by Faith Recap 🤍
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
What an unforgettable experience. We didn’t just move our bodies—we moved by the Spirit. Every step reminded us that our walk with Christ is just as important as our physical walk.
Together, we shared testimonies, encouraged one another, grew in God’s Word, and strengthened both our faith and our fellowship. It was a beautiful reminder that caring for our bodies and nurturing our spirits can go hand in hand.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, walked, prayed, shared, and made this day so special. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

We’re excited to launch KCO’s newest gathering, a morning of movement, meaningful conversations, and encouragement in Christ.

We’ll take a scenic walk to Friendship Fountain, spend time in devotion, prayer, and fellowship, and enjoy special treats from our partners, including @vitalproteins and @kind.patches . Plus, one attendee will win a free activewear set from @shopthirdbase !

Whether you’re coming with a friend or stepping out on your own, we believe beautiful things happen when women gather in faith and community.

A portion of ticket proceeds will help support our Banquet Parable Pop-Up, @tbp.kco KCO’s outreach initiative serving local communities through food, essentials, prayer, and connection.
