A heartfelt thank you to the incredibly talented artist @olga_deshields @bibzydesignz for creating such a stunning mural for Mogan’s Oyster House. You didn’t simply transform our wall, you helped preserve a legacy and ensure that legends are never forgotten ♾️

Denny Mogan’s spirit lives on through this restaurant, the Mogan’s family, and the @downtownsalisburymd community he loved so deeply. His memory will continue to welcome every person who walks through our doors.

The entire Mogan’s team and family appreciate your beautiful work more than words can express, Olga. Thank you for helping us honor Denny in such a meaningful and unforgettable way. 💙🦪 Photo shared by Mogan's Oyster House on August 16, 2026 tagging @brandxnbell, @downtownsalisburymd, @olga_deshields, and @shorewalls. May be an image of octopus, brick wall and text.

We’re finally getting around to posting more photos from Shore Walls!

We had such an incredible week in Salisbury: connecting with other artists, meeting so many community members, and exploring the town and surrounding nature.

Swipe through to see some of the highlights: the community paint day, the construction crew across the street treating us to lunch, the osprey that circled above our wall all week, and the giant osprey that was generous enough to give us a lift. 🦅

A huge thank you to the @shorewalls team, @davidandroofficial , and the Salisbury community for having us. Salisbury, you’re magical!

The secret to tackling complex surfaces? Good tools. 🤫👇
Flashing back to two weeks ago at SBY mural site for the @shorewalls festival at @roadiejoes! 🎨 A incredible week of painting and community vibes.
Large-scale outdoor murals mean dealing with plenty of challenging, textured surfaces, but @zibrabrushes truly made all the difference. They deliver the exact precision and coverage needed to make the painting process a breeze.
If you're an artist taking on tough textures, do yourself a favor and upgrade your brush game! 🖌️✨

When the Governor of Maryland stops by Salisbury and uses your artwork as the main backdrop! 🎨🏛️

It’s wild to think that just a short time ago, this was a completely blank wall to repaint. We had just a few fast, high-intensity days during the Shore Walls Mural Festival to make this happen—and seeing Governor Wes Moore posted up right in front of it at Roadie Joe's is next level.

This moment is a beautiful reminder of a major truth: the people who truly support your vision will do it privately AND PUBLICLY. 💯 No hidden praise, no quiet sideline cheering—real support shows up behind the scenes during the grind, and it stands up to celebrate the wins out loud for the world to see!

Huge love to everyone who holds it down for me in every single room, public and private! 🙌

Process of my octopus piece for @shorewalls! About 35 hours all in, about 21x46 feet, house paint on brick. A really fun week in a new place!

@brandxnbell thank you for painting this incredible piece downtown Salisbury, it’s so cool to see it every time I’m driving by. Shout out to the artists who painted these beautiful murals downtown, means a lot to me personally. Every time I go downtown to my workshop in the Salisbury University Center for Entrepreneurship, I see these pieces of art and they’re always an inspiring reminder to keep going and keep growing.

One of the most rewarding parts of Shore Walls 2026 was welcoming local students to Downtown Salisbury to experience public art firsthand.

Led by Brandon Bell, founder of We Are Limitless Studios, students toured the festival, learned the stories behind each mural, and discovered how art can transform neighborhoods, spark conversation, and strengthen communities.

The experience went beyond observation. Students also had the opportunity to paint alongside artist Olga DeShields and WALS staff on the community mural at Morgan’s Oyster House, leaving their own lasting mark on Downtown Salisbury. What began as a lesson in public art became a chance to actively contribute to it.

Through creativity, collaboration, and hands-on participation, these students experienced the power of placemaking and saw how art can shape the spaces we share.

Thank you to every student, educator, and volunteer who joined us. Your curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm are exactly why investing in the arts matters.

During the first ever Shore Walls Mural Festival I had the honor of Live Painting to document this year’s festival and raise funds for next year’s.

As the Opening Celebration unfolded on Tuesday, I took my place at the top of the parking garage so that I could view the energy, efforts, and effects of this amazing festival from a bird’s eye view in an attempt to capture these feelings on canvas.

This painting represents the history @shorewalls made here in Salisbury this past week. And will also represent the legacy that is being built through donations such as those offered during this auction.

This week, you can bid via donation to own this painting and contribute to next year’s festival as @shorewalls brings our community even closer together through art.

You can find the donation page in my bio through the “Shore Walls 2026| Live Painting” tab 🫶🏻 Or screenshot and copy this link:

I am so excited to see this piece and its memory go towards the Shore Walls cause and to making more memories for years to come 🫶🏻
