So grateful for my friends and fam who showed up for my first Shred415 class today!! 🥹🫶🏼

I started working out here to stay consistent and get fit. A few years in, @leolez22 told me I should consider teaching. I’d thought about it before but was too scared. 🙈 Then I asked myself: if not now, when?

Thank you Lesley + @ellievanasek + @kendallnelson_ for believing in me! I’m so excited to live my Lizzie McGuire/Spice Girl dreams with the headset mic 🎤😝 and officially start teaching here! 🧡🧡🧡🧡

This regular Shredder, turned Support Staff, is joining our team and we couldn’t be more excited! Read how cool Kate is below!

Fitness background: “I’m a big fan of high-intensity workouts and functional training. I was a regular at Orange Theory before transitioning to Shred. Outside of keeping up with my kids and their busy schedules, I love playing cardio tennis—a nice nod to my competitive tennis background from my 20s!”

Why Shred415: “What drew me to Shred was the wonderful, close-knit community. Beyond that, the workout is a perfect match: it’s dynamic, engaging, and gives my body precisely the challenge it needs.”
Fun Fact: “I’m a sunshine state ☀️ native who happily traded the year-round heat for the gorgeous changing seasons in the Chicago suburbs 🍂”

Say 👋 to Kate on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at the front desk!
