I started working on this a while ago and am stoked to finally be done with it! Thanks to @galacticarmory for the files and everyone in that discord who gave me advice on air brushing and painting! I also got the visor from Galactic Armory as well! These guys make amazing products and highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking to get into this hobby!

This was my first project I used an air brush on and loved how it came out! I didn’t get to play the Halo games as a kid and am experiencing them now for the first time and am loving it!

Lately I suck at taking pictures and videos of this stuff when I work on it so I’m so greatful I have an amazing and support wife, @shrimpbeefcake who took videos and pictures for me and put up with the very large messes these projects create!

I want to start on some Bad Batch helmets from Star Wars! Let me know which you think I should start with!

I’m only now starting to see the gains and progress I made during pregnancy. I felt like I maintained lifting my normal weight for the exercises I could do during pregnancy. I feel really good! I’m slowly starting to lift heavier now. Even though for the past two months I have only been able to go to the gym two days a week, I’m still making progress. I plan to slowly add more days as I can fit it into my hectic schedule and as I feel comfortable with taking Ryker to kidcare. So far I’ve only taken him twice. I prefer to leave him home with a sitter. But he’s getting older so I’m starting to feel slightly better about it. Thanks to @shrimpbeefcake for making me see you can still make progress and be productive in your fitness even during pregnancy!

Watching this girl go through her entire pregnancy continuing to work out is what really inspired me to make me feel like I could do it too! Now I’m nearing the end and so far I’ve maintained 3-4 days a week of going to the gym! Even in my first trimester! This is my third pregnancy and it by far the best one I’ve ever had! If you want to have a fit pregnancy and maintain your fitness definitely reach out to her! She can help you know what exercises are safe and healthy during pregnancy!

Playing swap the belly with your gym bestie brings a whole different meaning to body building.. Can actual body builders even say that? 😂 I think not!

Justa reminder that the number on the scale is just a number. SAME weight in both! January 2021 —> January 2022

Over a year of working hard and being consistent with diet and training and I couldn’t be happier. I went from postpartum to competition lean to a successful reverse and have been adding muscle the whole time. Make sure you hire a quality coach who knows their stuff like @johnnyjuice1. A good coach pays for itself

I’ve currently been taking Turkesterone every day and loving it. My strength is going up and I’m setting PRs almost every gym session. I’ve been on it since the end of December

My client Brittney @bn_built , she was 3 months postpartum on the left at 136 lbs when we started. She is now down 18 lbs since and much leaner. She has been killing it and now might do a bikini contest later in 2021. I help lots of new moms get their pre baby bodies back and many times we get them in even better shape than before the babies !! 🙌 If you are tired of busting your ass in the gym and not seeing the results you want , the answer is simple. Just hire the 🥤 (@johnnyjuice1 ). He will get you where you wanna go and without breaking the bank 🏦 #jjslegion #lifestylecoach #lifestylecoaching #glutes #glutegains
