Family Sized Doughnut - baked in my ShuckinTray! #NotJustForShuckin

2c Flour
1.5c Sugar
2tsp Baking powder
1tsp Cinnamon
.5 tsp Nutmeg
.5tsp Salt
Egg
1.25c Milk
2tbsp melted butter
2 tsp Vanilla
Cinnamon / sugar top.
Mix wet into sieved dry until smooth.
Butter/flour the ShuckinTray - add batter and level out. 350° Oven for about 45min (toothpick test of done ness)
Let cool / flip tray and Doughnut dropped out
Cinnamon Sugar topping - slice and serve.
“Do-nut” eat the whole thing - (dad joke intended)
