There we have it Week 6, 40/66 Days for #gymshark66 and what a week its has been, when I say it's almost the definition of a routine getting thrown around it's true🤨

First, the none workout, fitness, health things! But! I have had 4 Etsy sales this week for my business @shutterstudiosuk and I don't know why because I haven't done anything different and so it actually amazes me and I feel blessed 🥰🥳

We started the week off finishing carnivore and adding some colour back into our foods this week. And despite missing a couple days of workouts we made up for it with a double workout day and we did fit a bike ride in there as well. It's not as ideal as we would hope but sometimes that's life. Life can get in the way, throw some challenges about and you have to fit things around it best you can.

We have also had the first bit of 'Cheating' this week since the holidays have ended. Which is both good as bad, its been nice and enjoyable and I think it can be a good thing mentally to have this moderation but I can also tell you know my body feels it, specially since I have been eating so clean but it's okai! Tomorrow we get back on track and ready for a new week and hopefully we can get back into the solid routine again.

And well if you have made it this far, go and follow @the.active.escape , this is almost what we were 'celebrating' today, it's our new adventure so if you're interested and you want to see what Me and Dan get up to, check it out! 🚙🏞️

Oh, and, a new video is out on the channel so go ahead and give it a watch, a like and a subscribe if you haven't already 📹

As #Gymshark66 Week 2 comes to an end, 12/66 days are complete! 💪👍

This week has been filled with workouts, ice baths, red noses, lots of teas, and even trying out new recipes. We’ve also started getting into our stretches more (though I can’t quite say I’m as graceful as those Pilates girls 😅).

On top of that, we’ve stuck to our promise of hitting the indoor ice rink more before it closes, and we even got out for our first 7-mile cross-country MTB ride of the year! 🚴‍♀️

In non-fitness news, I had two sales this week on my Etsy shop for my business @shutterstudiosuk , which is incredible! 🙌

We had our first weigh in since starting weight and I couldn't be happier with the direction everything is currently going. Let's see how next week goes.

#marchmeetthemaker Day 2 - All about you.
Like yesterday I posted all about me last week forgetting about MMTM 🤦🏼‍♀️.
I have been extremely brave and created a grid of photos of me. I am usually a very shy person and hate having my photo taken but I've been told it's good to get out of your comfort zone every now and again.
My hair seems to have gone through lots of changes from end of lockdown long unkempt locks to shorter and at times very pink! I'm currently blonde but who knows for how long 😉

This is just a little reminder that with small businesses as we start to get into the Christmas season, one support the little guys as a lot of love gets put into what they do and two this year there are a lot of postal strikes happening or potentially happening and that is out of the control of the businesses so please be considerate that things may take longer than normal to get to you.

This type of background just works so well with the colours of the pumpkin, thought I bet if we were further into the autumnal season and the leaves were turned more orange/red/brown then they would look perfect! These are available now, there are not many so if you like them I recommend acting quick!

Happy Halloween!!! Not that I recommend leaving resin creations in the sun as excessive exposure won't be good for them, I can't deny how pretty it looks shining through the pumpkins though. It truly shows their colours and was the reason I wanted to make them slightly transparent.

They are about 5cm tall with a diameter of around 6.5cm so they are nice and cute just on their own or have a few for something different. They are one solid piece of resin cast in two parts, first the green stalk and then the orange body, so they can take a while to make and especially as I only have one mould...

If you're looking for a truly unique piece of functional art made from recycling old pieces of resin then this is for you! The clear resin was left over when making something else and all the wonderful swirls and shapes inside are drips of resin from other pieces or bits poured out of the cup that were left over from pouring some resin.

Like I mentioned the other day we have coaster sets available which use the same technique as our Villains Art Block. These come in sets of 4 and all have a cork backing on the bottom. Is there other colour patterns you would want to see?

You have to remember it's not all about the new products we still have lots of other fabulous pieces still available much like this coaster set that is slightly out of the normal by having 3 round and 1 square each coaster is unique and inspired by crashing waves!
