Cleaned up @marashopstudio Shop in SLC today and the windows came out so clear a bird might mistake them for open air. 🐦✨

Love making storefronts shine like this — nothing better than a crystal-clear finish.

Trent Davis Guzy, age 36, died at his own hand from a broken mind and a broken heart June 14, 2022.

He was born November 6, 1985 in American Fork UT to David and Drexel Guzy, the second of five children. All seven grew up together in a loving home in Sandy UT.

He was an Eagle Scout and graduated from Carden Memorial School, Skyline High School, LDS Seminary, Salt Lake Community College, and received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Utah in 2013 – which is saying a LOT because although he loved learning, he despised school.

In his youth and throughout his life he liked “reptiles and jumping off stuff”. And jump he did! via trampolines, diving boards, platforms, cliffs, bridges, rails, buildings, bicycles, unicycles, rollerblades, Razor-scooters, skateboards, wakeboards, and snowboards. His movements were fluid, awe-inspiring, and beautiful to behold.

In 2005 he was called as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Haiti, but due to political unrest was re-assigned to the Ft Lauderdale FL mission speaking Haitian Creole. He completed an honorable mission and forever after loved Haitian food and Haitian people.

He was wildly gifted on both sides of his brain which came at the price of never being able to turn it off. He sought peace in all transactions and relationships but struggled to acquire it in his own mind.

He was meticulous in his personal habits and a master of Rubik’s cube, puzzles, brain-teasers, bowling, golf, Halo and anything else that interested him. He was both a finder and maker of great deals. He was a designer, a creator, and an artist; a poet and a jokester; a deep-thinker and a tease; a man of few words and big ideas.

He was clever and witty -- generous by nature and skilled at mentoring and encouraging others without making them feel stupid.

He married Eliza Jane Tingey December 6, 2008 in the Salt Lake City Temple. They laughed and lived and loved life together for a decade. Although they had no children and divorced in 2018 their lives and love will always be connected.

This could as well be a live in flip, or a prime house for house hacking. If you are interested in getting into real estate as a new investor reach out to me.

Tonight as I drove home from a showing appointment in Davis county I had a moment of gratitude seeing the amazing landscapes that we get to call home here in Utah. It’s amazing the city scape of salt lake framed in with the beautiful Wasatch mountain range.
The last couple months have been such a blast helping close friends and family members secure their front row seats to the mountain show buying homes with the best views and access to all the amazing features that we have in our back yards. If you know of anyone that might need some guidance on how to find an affordable home in this day and age I would love to help. I appreciate all that follow this account and like and share my content.
