39. @rave_witch_1111 's WATERMELON 🍉 - A symbol of (P) rotest (I) nsurrection (S) upport (S) olidarity (O) pposition (F) reedom (F) Fortitude (I) ndivisibility (S) anction (R) esistance (A) dvocacy (E) mpowerment (L) iberation

More than just a fruit 🍉 - a symbol of creative defiance.

The history of the watermelon as a symbol of Palestinian resistance dates back to 1967, when public displays of the Palestinian flag were criminalized.

Because a fresh slice mirrors the exact four colors of the flag red flesh, black seeds, green skin, and white rind it became a powerful, natural workaround to evade censorship.

By 1980, this defiance moved deeply into the art world. When Israeli authorities banned Palestinian artists from using the flag's colors, the artists asked if they could paint a simple watermelon. The military officer replied, "Even if you paint a watermelon, it will be confiscated."

Decades later, what started as a clever way to bypass censorship in the streets has evolved from a literal fruit into a global icon of resilience 🫡

36. @rave_witch_1111 's political stance - FUCK THE SYSTEM 🖕.
I agree honestly FUCK IT. It needs to be brought down, otherwise it will take us down with us.

A system that segregates, propagates discrimination, fascism, stereotypes, suffering in the name of development, creates inequality, oppressive hierarchy, strips your right to take a break, dangles free will like it exists, makes you turn a blind eye to suffering, not just preying on human being but ultimately nature itself for capital gain, honestly should not exist. That's what wrong with the system and there's so much more and ever corner of it reeks of it and that's why FUCK IT. If it did it to someone else it will happen to you also, if they did it to someone they will do it to you also, if they let someone else do it they will let it happen to you also.

Be compassionate, be mindful, be kind, be empathetic, what goes around comes around.

We need each other more than ever, the world needs us to stand together and humanity and nature should come first not DANGLED DESIRES.

35. One of @chiarapaletti_ 's favorite moments from Stockholm.
Her SMULTRONSTÄLLE.
The memory of her and a beautiful sunset on the lappis cliff, a serendipitous moment, that fueled her soul and lappis where she planted her roots.

Stockholm - A Temporary Goodbye

Navigating life through its differences, moving from place to place, searching for somewhere to belong somewhere to rest, to feel at peace. And then, finding Stockholm. Finding a new life, starting over, and slowly turning it into something that feels like home.

And just when it becomes a new normal, it is time to say goodbye?

But no this is not goodbye. It is a bittersweet pause, an intermission (badammm). A life that was created here is not being left behind, nor is a door being closed. It is a life waiting for her to return, while she steps away to grow, to experience, and to come back stronger.

It is incredibly rare to find a place that aligns so deeply with your soul a place you would willingly fight your way back to. She left a piece of herself in Stockholm, but she also carried a piece of Stockholm with her.

She has anchored hope in this place, so that her connection to Stockholm does not fade into a memory, but remains a possibility!! a life still waiting to be lived, and a place and also the place full of people waiting to welcome her home.
