Everyone sees the final results. Not everyone is as lucky as me to get to watch it all unfold from the start. Let’s go on a journey with @sidhsfit 🌸
In August of 2025 I got a new client inquiry, a form filled out with intent and purpose. Goals clearly stated, and someone ready to give their 100% effort to a sport she had been interested in for a few years.
We got on a call, and we talked about those goals, and Sid asked me how long it would take to go through a small bulk, prep for a show and reverse. I said give me a year. Sid signed up the same day, I was shocked someone so enthusiastic about pursuing a new goal and new sport would take a chance on a coach that didn’t have the most experience.
We got started right away, week after week Sid showed up for herself, quietly checking all of her boxes and not asking any praise for doing so. I immediately knew there was something special in Sid, and I made it my number 1 goal to make her see what I see in her, in herself.
She was shy at first, didn’t share much but did everything I asked her to do without complaint, without seeking encouragement, because that’s the standard Sid sets for herself.
After the first couple months and a successful bulk, it was time to start prep. When she started prep, Sid didn’t just shut down the rest of her life, she wanted more. She immediately enrolled in Grad school, she continued to work full time, and started her first bodybuilding prep. Again, this is just the standard she sets for herself. Not looking for applause or recognition, just an inner drive like no other.
When prep started there were several unexpected events that could have derailed most people’s prep. With Sid, that was not even close to the case. She tackled each moment of adversity with resilience. Not letting anything get in the way of her goals and not letting any of her boxes go unchecked. Continued in comments….

I could write another caption about the hardships of prep, the early mornings, the hunger, and the sacrifices.. but not today.

Today, I want to focus on the love I’ve found in this journey. The pride I feel in what I’ve accomplished. The friendships this sport has brought into my life and the people who inspire me to keep becoming a better version of myself.

I did this. Every step, every workout, every choice led me here.

Bodybuilding can be a lonely sport, but only if you let it be. For me, it’s been a source of connection, confidence, and a deeper appreciation for myself with every season.

Forever grateful for the people, lessons, and memories this journey continues to give me. Stage, I will be back for you😼
