2026 NDEO National Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. What a fantastic conference this year! Thank you @ndeodance for the opportunity to present research with @sierra.on.pointe on “Collaborative Teaching at the Academy.” Inspiring sessions, workshops and conversations about the future of dance education with some of the best movers, shakers & scholars in the field. I always love catching up with old friends, students, teachers & colleagues from grad school, NYC, Philly, Boston, ‘Berg, Hope, daCi… but extra grateful to be back in New Mexico to reunite with @magkrajewski , my dear roommate from NYC! Full circle moments. 💛☀️

Teeth were shown and memories were made 🤍

Yesterday was the last show of the season with @cincinnatiballetacademy . This year was definitely a challenging one, but it was also filled with so much love, support, and growth. I can’t thank the incredible dancers and faculty enough for making this place feel like home, I love each and every one of you so much. I never use the word goodbye because I know we will all cross paths again one day, so to the PTD class of ‘26, I’ll see you all later!

I’m grateful for the therapists and dietitians who have continued to hold hope for me when I couldn’t hold it for myself.
I’m grateful for the friends that have literally wiped my tears and walked me to the dinner table.
I’m grateful for Selah House giving me the most incredible place to heal.
I’m grateful that my body never gave up on me regardless of how poorly I treated it.
I’m grateful to rest on the promise that I don’t have to do this on my own because He is walking with me.
