When I got diagnosed, I had no idea what to expect. I read about Sierra’s story hoping I would hopefully meet her someday. Believe it or not, on my 2nd chemo therapy our moms met at the snack area and Sierra surprised me while I was getting treatment. She taught me so many things from how to wash my hair and teeth to telling me it was okay to feel sad and angry when times got hard. I felt like we met for a reason and I feel so blessed.
