The never-ending journey of growth, joy, pain, setbacks, and uncomfortableness continues. 🥋

It’s important to acknowledge milestones along the way. It’s even more important that we keep adding to them.

Big thanks to @sifujeff, @eaglebart , @thevoidmartialarts all my training partners (too many to name) who push me every single session.

Another black belt in the books. The build never stops. 🧱🛠️

Learn directly.
Traditional Kung Fu is passed through demonstration, technique, questions, repetition, guided training, and shared practice.
The retreat environment gives practitioners time to observe closely, work through details, ask questions, and develop a deeper understanding through direct instruction.
This July, that work will center on White Ape Steals the Peach.

Train together. Grow together.

A retreat is more than a series of workshops.

It is a chance to train beside practitioners from different schools and generations, share experience, ask questions, build relationships, and strengthen the community that carries traditional Kung Fu forward.

Join us this July for the U.S. Kung Fu Exchange Federation Annual Workshop Retreat Weekend, featuring White Ape Steals the Peach.
