Lifestyle or hormonal support? Health consequences of declining oestrogen levels can include an increased risk of bone density loss, cardiovascular disease and potential metabolic changes which effects our blood sugar control and weight management. In addition to the symptoms associated with the perimenopause/menopause of vasomotor changes, cognitive, physical symptoms and psychological symptoms of the menopause transition. HRT is one option to support our health but is not the only option available. Health support through nutrition and physical activity can go a long way to improve your experience of symptoms and protect your future health. We embrace a lifestyle medical approach to our traditional medical consultations for the treatment of the perimenopause and post menopausal health. This gives you an unbiased approach considering all the options and your choice of how to manage your own menopause transition. #lifestylemedicine #menopausedoctor #menopausehealth #menopauseweightloss #menopausesymptoms #menopausesupport #naturalmenopause #perimenopausehealth #perimenopause #perimenopausefitness #perimenopauseawareness #perimenopausesymptoms #perimenopausesupport #perimenopauselikeaboss #womenover40 #womenover50 #womenshealth #womensfitness

I’m delighted to be awarded my advanced certificate in menopause care by the British Menopause Society. I can now apply for recognition as a BMS menopause specialist, meaning I can support women really needing specialist support and treatment in our Guildford and Haslemere clinics and across the UK. I have many qualifications, but I have to say this one I am most proud of. A huge thank you to Prof Vikram Talaulikar who has been the most altruistic, knowledgeable and supportive mentor on this journey. I will forever be grateful to his work and dedication to education in menopause care for professionals. I will also truly miss our bunch of advanced certificate trainees at UCLH. @vikramsinaitalaulikar @menopausecliniclondon #bms #bmsspecialist #menopausespecialist #menopausespecialistsuk #menopause #perimenopause #uclh #uclhospital #surrey #haslemere #guildford #london #womenshealth #womenshealthclinic
