Had the pleasure of making this piece of art for the amazing @bagwellartstudio and @silverarrowart

They created this amazing mural in seemingly no time and I’m amazed every time I look at it.

Honored to attend the grand opening of Amazon ILM1 today! 🎉So incredibly thankful for the opportunity to beautify this space with murals reflecting native plants and local scenery, eternally grateful for @silverarrowart for partnering on this project with me and helping bring it to fruition. This facility is not only using state of the art technology but there’s also a lot of intention behind every aspect of its operations. It’s an honor to be a part of their story. 💕

This was everything I needed in my life right now. 💜

I came to Conscious Soul Artists to share my work, and I left feeling held by the work everyone else brought. People showed up ready to learn, love, create, heal, and actually connect—not just stand in the same place and call it community.

We each brought different stories and gifts. What mattered was the care we gave one another: the conversations, the encouragement, the helping hands, the willingness to grow together. I made connections I’ll carry with me long after this weekend.

To everyone who shared their art, their time, their truth, or simply their presence: thank you. In a time when it’s so easy to focus on what separates us, being together like this reminded me what we can build when we lead with love. ✨#artbynugget #how2risebook #gratitude #love #artist

This weekend was such a beautiful reminder of why I created Wild Ginger Healing Collective. 🌿

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared stories, supported our work, bought a piece, discovered something new, or simply came over to get curious.

I’m especially grateful to my partner, Jamie. Watching her share her talent and passion for food alongside me made this weekend even more special. Her handcrafted spices, sauces, grits, and pancake & waffle mix brought the Nourish part of Wild Ginger to life. I loved watching people taste, smell, and discover something new. 🤎

And thank you to the talented people who contributed their creativity to our space.
I loved being able to bring different gifts together under one tent.

That’s really what Wild Ginger is about.

Nourish • Support • Create

We all have something to offer one another, and healing doesn’t always happen inside four walls or a healthcare system. Sometimes it begins with conversation, creativity, food, connection, and simply feeling seen.

People need people.

Thank you, Conscious Soul Festival, for giving us a space to connect with our community. 🌿

This is only the beginning.

So excited to be finished with this 37’ mural for the Amazon fulfillment center. This one took a lot out of me. While I’ve been up on the lift Lacey has been hard at work on the ground doing some amazing things for the entrance! We will be working on some finishing touches in the next few days and thats a wrap for this project! 🐝🌸

A little walk through our art gallery at Conscious Soul Festival 💙

I’m surrounded by artists whose work makes me want to stop, stare, and ask a hundred questions. Grace, Stephen, Tiffany, Silver Arrow Art—and so much more beauty beyond our tent.

Come wander, meet the artists, and see what speaks to you. I’ll be right here with my work and a big grin on my face. 🎨✨#artbynugget #how2risebook #consciouslifestyle #love #community

Different face. Same relationship pattern? 👀

At some point, we have to stop calling it “bad luck” and get curious about the roles we keep playing—and the matching characters we keep inviting back into the story.

I’m bringing Archetype Alchemy to the Conscious Soul Fall Festival: a funny, honest, shame-free exploration inspired by my book, How to Rise to Meet a Woman Like This.

Together, we’ll ask:

Who do you become when you’re trying to be loved?

Who keeps arriving to play the matching role?

What did that pattern once protect—and what is it costing you now?

We’ll name the pattern, laugh at a little of the wreckage, gather the lesson and choose how we rise from here.

This isn’t an hour devoted to blaming your ex. Tempting, but no. 😂 It’s about recognizing your own story clearly enough that you don’t keep auditioning for the same role with a different cast.

✨ Archetype Alchemy with Nugget
📅 Sunday, September 27
⏰ 5:00–6:00 PM
📍 Grand Park Lake at Market Common
Myrtle Beach, SC
🎟️ Free entry

If you’ve attended one of my workshops before, I would love for you to share something in the comments: What insight, question or feeling stayed with you afterward? You don’t have to share anything deeply personal—just whatever might help someone wondering whether this experience is for them.

Come curious. Come honest. Come prepared to recognize yourself and laugh lovingly when you do.

Follow @conscioussoullife for the complete festival schedule, updates and everything else happening throughout the weekend.

Are you ready to try something different?

There are plenty of festivals built around escaping yourself. Conscious Soul Festival is built around coming home to yourself—and connecting with other people through health, mindfulness, meditation, music, movement, art, love and community.

This is a genuine grassroots effort created by local people who believe we don’t need drugs or alcohol to have a beautiful, expansive experience together. We can get high on creativity, movement, connection and being fully fucking alive.

Come experience it September 26–27 at Grand Park Lake in Market Common, Myrtle Beach. Admission is FREE—and I’ll be there Sunday from 5–6 PM leading Archetype Alchemy Art.

Please follow @conscioussoullife, show them some love, and visit their page for the complete schedule, updates, artist features and festival fun facts.

I’m ready for something deeper. I’m ready to help create it. Are youl? #conciousliving #how2risebook #artbynugget #conciouscommunity #gratitude
