Taking a quiet moment alone to count my blessings. My 1st solo time in about a week, which is unusual #needmysolitude #notcomplainingirealhappy ... I am grateful to be able to do this work that I love. This work that I would do and most often do for free.

I am thankful for the honour to share, to teach, to guide, to retreat.

I am overwhelmed by the kindness and generousity that comes from unexpected places @villapetrus_tobago and the simple healing of gentle care @simone_dacosta

I am reminded that shadows only scare you if you don't have a candle, or lack the wisdom to see that they don't exist without the promise of (sometimes hidden) light. #Sunrise #sunset
#bethelight #bewise ... and now I humbly return to service - Joyful to share this space with so many beautiful souls.
