Closing One Chapter, Opening Another: My Farewell to Track & Field
Wow, it’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since I hung up my spikes. I never officially said goodbye 👋🏼 because, honestly, I struggled to accept that my time as a track and field athlete had come to an end. My heart ached, and the transition was harder than I ever expected.
I faced a tough decision—whether to move to Switzerland for an exciting new job and step into the working world, or return to Leverkusen, Germany, to continue chasing my track and field dreams. As you may have noticed, I chose to hang up my spikes and start a new chapter of my life.
Looking back on this year away from the track, I’ve felt a whirlwind of emotions, especially with events like the Olympics and European Championships happening. There were moments when I regretted my decision, questioning whether I gave up my dreams too soon. But slowly, I’ve come to realize that I didn’t give up on my dreams—I was simply pushing myself to find new ones.
Track and field was my life, and with it came incredible highs and some tough lows. The pressure, the sacrifices, the relentless pursuit of excellence—it was all-consuming. But when I reflect, I feel nothing but gratitude. It brought so many amazing people into my life—coaches, mentors, teammates—and took me to places I never imagined. It taught me invaluable lessons about determination, dedication, and what it truly takes to be great.
I will forever cherish the memories, the friendships, and everything this sport gave me. Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today. So, with a full heart, I officially say goodbye to my life on the track, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey—it was an incredible ride. On to the next adventure!

24 & Fearless 🪂

After freefalling from the sky at approximately 160mph, I’m reminded, I’m not in control, God is. This year I’m going harder, living with purpose, and sharing His word. I have so much love, so much gratitude, and thankfulness for His creations. Blessed. & I can say my friends jumped out of a plane for me🤣 This was LIFE-CHANGING! #mambamentality

Hey besties!! ❤️

I love creating content because it makes me stay present. It always reminds me of my blessings. Every time I scroll through my camera roll and I see photos and videos of the ones that I love. It truly brings a smile to my face. I’m so blessed to be surrounded by so much love, support, and care. I wouldn’t ask for this life to be any other way.❤️
