Saturday training session
Yes, it’s clear my back is still sore 🫠
Si is three weeks out from Hyrox Birmingham and I’m confident that he will fly.
He tore this workout apart whilst I coughed and crawled around like the afterlife was banging on the door 😂

From Manchester to London
8 minutes quicker…..!!!

Today I completed Hyrox London Olympia and honestly… I’m still trying to take it all in.

8 minutes faster than my last race in Manchester. 8 minutes.

What feels crazy is how quickly it’s all come together. A big goal set just a couple of months ago, and today it became real. The work, the early mornings, the discipline, the moments where I doubted it—it all led to this.

The feeling crossing that finish line was overwhelming. Not just because of the time, but because I proved to myself what’s possible when you actually commit.

This one means a lot. And I know it’s just the beginning

Couldn’t done it without the help and guidance from @simonmtaylor88 @itsjustjames88 and his Mrs also all 3 helped me get across the line

HYROX MANCHESTER. 🇬🇧

Another great event, big shout out to all involved and all of my clients. Really enjoyed that one! Great city, great venue and always nice to bump into familiar faces!

2026 is now in full swing! If you’re racing in London or Glasgow, my diary is open and starting to fill up!

See you at the next one.
