Happy Friday!
Our warehouse girls made a funny video 😝
But sincerely, we’d like to acknowledge and thank these girls for working so hard! It takes a lot of energy to press hundreds of bombs, paint them, package them, and ship them! 📦📦📦

Grateful. I've known Sydney and Josie since I was 16 years old. I've met them when I was the new girl at church/school. We were in choir and theater together. These past 19 years of friendship has been amazing. From having girls nights to road trips, it has always been a joy. Watching them with their own families is remarkable! I wasn't happy when I moved to a new school during high school. It took my third high school to meet these gems. And to God I am eternally grateful. I know my friendship with them will be for eternity. Love you Syd and Josie! Always have, always will! #thankful

I needed a permanent spot on my feed for our first all format instructor meetup! I was blown away by the support of fitness instructors from all over Utah, whether they were able to come or not. I can’t explain what it meant to me when each person walked through the door!

We made connections and ate super yummy snacks (which I’ve heard have created some new cravings #smorescaramelclusters). I’m thrilled that there is so much interest in doing another meetup!

Save the date! Next one will be September 7th outdoors in Murray! Thank you @setthebarre.high for hosting it with me! Exact times TBA, but it will be in the evening with time for instructors to hopefully stop by before or after class if they teach!

This song will always remind me of the meetup because @highfit.tay requested it for a game and it played over and over while we copied each other’s dance moves. 😂

• fall front 3x, lift leg close heels
• wide bend 2x, circle the clock (R/L)
• lyrical lunge (optional plié pop!)

Tagging my fellow Balletone instructors! If I missed someone please tag them 😊

Thank you to everyone who came out to the upbeat instructor meetup.
It was so nice to meet everyone in person.
I love social media for the ability to connect with people who are at a distance but nothing replaces IRL.
I loved learning just a little bit more about everyone and sharing space and conversation.
@shortyonhigh thank you for being my partner in this and procuring the space.
Thank you @kara.fit.simmons @janeyjfitness @kimberlymarielifestyle @marenwfitness for creating this format that I have fallen in love with and donating to the raffle.
Thank you to all the instructors that made time in their busy schedules to come out.
Be sure and follow everyone so we can stay connected.

Sydney @simplyfitsyd is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! She teaches Barre and Pilates and loves it! I was so grateful that she trusted me to take her photos at one of my first instructor mini-session days. She cares so much about her classes, as you can tell from her quote:

“As an instructor it is so important to me to make my class accessible to everyBODY. I provide as many options as I can so everyone can be successful. I want to meet my participants where they are, whether they have been working out for years, are coming back after having a baby, or coming for the very first time. And I want them to love it so much that they want to keep coming back, not just because it's another workout, but because it's fun!!!”
