June, you really brought me so much joy and happiness!
I celebrated my birthday, went out for dinners, drinks and social gatherings.
I launched my Korean Lash Lift and met so many amazing new clients 💖
So grateful to have such amazing friends, family and clients who make this life of my a reality!

June looked a little something like this 💪🏼 Nothing means more to us than hearing how our meals are helping you stay on track, save time, and fuel your goals. 🤩

To everyone who stopped by, ordered meal prep, tagged us, or shared a kind word—thank you for being part of the Training Day community. 🫡

Keep tagging @TrainingDayCafe in your photos and videos—you might just be featured in next month’s recap! 🥙🥗🥑

most full & special month of the entire year 🥹ft. My 1 year olds fave song ever. It’s the bridge, it’s bumpin.

But actually, how sweet and good are the most simple & not luxurious expensive things. Literally maxed out throwing random memories here that I can’t even tag everyone or add more photos.
