Filled with so much gratitude for those who came to show love and support at our first open house. Today was a beautiful representation of connection, collaboration and expression.

Thank you for being apart of the Lui Trova family 🤍

Gratitude takes on a different light when you stop to reflect on the tender moments throughout this year.

I’m reminded time and time again that God provides. He’s there to fan the flames even when we have lost the strength to fight. But most importantly, humbling ourselves to each experience provides a deeper awareness of the world around us — if we are willing to listen.

So keep that chin up, buttercup. This fire is glowing with heat and potential for the beauty to come.

Trust God. These 3 been so good to me. And so good for me.

@tylerrandel and I met in 2016 at the v first gathering where I was speaking. He joined the first bootcamp, then later in 2018 he came on other side to start his journey coaching as the first one on the team. Without much guidance besides me pointing him to Jesus and resources that helped me, Tyler has grown to be incredible at what he does…leading so many ppl to live changes lives — all while working to be an example of that himself. God led Him to us, and now He’s leading him to a completely diff oppty. It’s sad to see him go but also exciting bc I know all he’s able to do wherever he goes. But still…my wing man is leaving in 2022…going to miss you brother 🖤

@simplynoelle was a client when God spoke to me ab her…I was ab to take some $ and invest into oil cause it was arnd the time prices had gone negative. But God said, “What could I do if you invested in Noelle vs. oil?” Good q God. Idk. So I called her up and awkwardly told her the situation - I say awkwardly cause remember she was a client. And I was going to give her $…and didn’t have any work for her. So we chatted ab it. I shared scripture I thought God gave me to confirm. 18 mo later she’s now in HB…coordinating this last wknd summit for clients…hosting these 3+ ministry nights with me every wk…and helping me navigate all the messy things involved in pursuing my calling. Like Tyler, she was another willing person I didn’t even know I needed. And another God story.

Then there’s @katharinelucas - we go way back :) over twenty yrs ago. When Kat and I got reconnected it had been more than a couple decades since we’d even seen each other in pre-school/elementary school. Like Tyler and Noelle, she did bootcamp before joining. And I saw something sharp in her from the v beginning. She reminded me of me ;) no BS. And really hungry. So when she asked about coaching it was already a no brainer. Yet…similar to Tyler and Noelle…at the time I didn’t have much more to offer her. Just an oppty to learn and grow. But in just over a yr she has run with it…helping so many ppl.

Fair to say we could’ve each never known what we needed. But we all trust God.

Glowing with such a full heart after a community-filled weekend. Grateful for these amazing humans that went from Zoom life coaching pals to friends so quickly. More on this little bunch of lemon water kids later. We covered a lot of ground. God is good. 🖤 #Community #LifeCoaching #Awareness

✨A bright post during these dark times ✨ I just wanted to take a moment and express how proud I am to be part of such an amazing organization @forzaweightlifting my coaches and teammates are truly unmatched. I am not only proud of myself for the hard work I have put into this sport in such a short amount of time, but I am proud to be surround by such likeminded individuals who are constantly striving for greatness. Hard work never sleeps right @dave.ester? So here’s to even greater and brighter times ahead! We’ve come a long way, but we aren’t even close to being finished yet 🖤 “here’s to strong women, may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.” @mgattone64 @caseyknuthf2p @modernathletephysicaltherapy

It took us a month to finish this monstrosity but we truly did get into some puzzle troubling.

Not sure how these next couple weeks are going to practically play out as it relates to the release party/worship night we’d planned. But regardless, we had a super fun practice last night (with plenty of hand-washing) and are stoked to worship with these songs with y’all, if not in person then online! Thankful for technology that can keep us connected! #likeoneswhodream
