Happy Father’s Day to the dads who choose hard.

To the fathers who get up early, train when they’re tired, and willingly step into uncomfortable situations—thank you.

Every workout, every stage, every challenge is about more than just you. Your kids are watching. They see what discipline looks like. They see perseverance. They see that quitting isn’t the first option.

When you embrace hard things, you teach them that mental toughness is built, not given. You show them that obstacles can be overcome and that with grit, determination, and consistent effort, they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.

That’s a legacy worth leaving.

Happy Father’s Day to the men who lead by example. Keep showing the next generation what strength, resilience, and character look like.

WTF (Waco Tactical Fitness) RunNGun just stepped up their game at the Sellmark Ranch in Teague. Close to 9 miles of varying terrain along with 7 tough shooting stages. I did come away with an aggravated hip and two toenails that are going to fall off. I hurt so bad I couldn’t go back on Sunday. It was MISERABLE. I can’t wait for the fall signups to open up.

It truly sucks to have your whole weekend ruined so don’t rush those clearing procedures! 1-2 seconds will not win you an event.
