The heartbeat of our heritage. Bal's dad and granddad helped build the Ramgarhia Gurudwara in Southall. He watched. That is where the craft starts in this film, long before any factory. SARBAT 2026 | Where Sikh Values Meet the Future of AI What an inspiring two days at the Sarbat AI & Impact Conference in Seattle, October 16–17! Sikhlens and Future Computing Solutions were proud sponsors of this remarkable gathering of Sikh innovators, entrepreneurs, technologists, and community leaders from around the world. From the rise of AI agents and ethical AI alignment to human dignity, sustainability, and new opportunities for Punjab, the discussions went far beyond technology. A powerful message emerged: As AI reshapes our world, the Sikh community must have a voice in shaping its future. Our timeless principles of equality, seva, human dignity, and Sarbat da Bhala — the well-being of all — can help guide innovation toward benefiting humanity, not just a privileged few. We were especially pleased to contribute filmmaking challenges to the Sarbat Hackathon, exploring how AI can empower filmmakers, improve efficiency, and amplify meaningful stories. Beyond the presentations, it was wonderful to reconnect with longtime Sikhlens friends and build new relationships across the global Sikh community. We were also delighted to share our 2027 Sikhlens Art Calendar, featuring artist Jasmeet Kaur, as a gift to attendees, celebrating our rich artistic heritage. Our heartfelt gratitude to the Sarbat organizing team, gracious hosts, dedicated volunteers, distinguished speakers, sponsors, and all attendees for making this gathering so meaningful and memorable. Special shout-out to Khalsa Gurmat Center (KGC). Looking ahead, Sikhlens would be honored to help bring Sarbat 2027 to Southern California! The future of AI is not just about technology. It is about our values, our communities, and the future we choose to build together. From Digital Consumers to Digital Creators! Sikhlens Digital Voices | Chandigarh, Punjab Empowering the next generation of Sikh storytellers through AI, filmmaking, and creative expression! On October 10, 2026, Sikhlens brought its Digital Voices – AI Filmmaking & Content Creation Workshop to Gurdwara Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib, Sector 34-D, Chandigarh. Led by Sahibnoor Singh and his training team, the interactive workshop introduced young students to emerging technologies while encouraging them to tell their own stories, celebrate their heritage, and develop their creative potential. We were delighted to have Sikhlens Co-Founder Gurpreet Kaur present for this special initiative. Each student received a certificate of participation, and we were particularly encouraged by the Gurdwara management committee’s interest in continuing these workshops through regular training sessions. Our heartfelt gratitude to the Gurdwara management committee, Sardar Tejwant Singh Gill, Principal Satinder Kaur, Sahibnoor Singh, and everyone who helped make this workshop possible. The bigger picture:Through Sikhlens Digital Voices, more than 10,000 children worldwide have received training, resulting in over 200 student-created films. Our mission continues to grow through partnerships with gurdwaras, Punjabi schools, and Sikh institutions around the world. Preserving Heritage. Developing Talent. Shaping the Future. We invite gurdwaras, schools, and community organizations across Punjab and around the world to bring Sikhlens Digital Voices workshops to their communities. 📩 info@sikhlens.com Sikhlens | Sharing Sikh Stories #Sikhlens #DigitalVoices #SikhStorytelling #SikhYouth #AIFilmmaking Chandigarh SharingSikhStories
