Fear is letting the enemy win DON’T LET THE ENEMY WIN.
Faith + obedience in Christ is saying “without me I cannot prove to you I already won.”

I want to share my testimony so here it is:
I have always grown up in church ever since i could remember, but growing up it wasn’t always easy i moved a lot because my dad was in the military although we always found a church to go to. I have always known about who christ is but i never fully had a relationship with him. Growing up i was bullied a lot which made me feel small i started doubting my worth i began to become very insecure about my self. My anxiety began to grow for several years of my life i felt like i had really hit rock bottom. I would ask myself “why would God make me this way.” That’s when God stepped in and I found out I was moving again, but this time it felt different. God sent me such amazing people who are so encouraging and so loving and also helped me get plugged in a great community. A close friend of mine invited me to go to their church camp about 3 years ago it was my first church camp while at that camp I realized how much i loved it, but also I didn’t understand why everyone had so many emotions. So the next year i went to that same church camp, but this time it was different on the third night of camp i said a prayer asking God to reveal himself to me in a way that i could understand that next night during worship God revealed himself to me in a way i understood that is when i knew i am a sinner and i needed Jesus. I really understood that I can’t live off my parents faith so, after worship i went and found an amazing leader and i gave my life to Christ i am free from all of my sins because of Jesus. I now know that my worth is through Christ and Christ alone not from others opinions. With that being said I do still fall short I do still get anxious, but I know who to give my worries and fears too. God never said living a Christian life would be easy. Continue to shine your light the darkness means nothing when the light guides your steps.

Same Time next year? 🎓

Alright this is WEIRD first out of the girls to graduate!? I’m so beyond proud of the person you have become. Crazy to think that I’m next, but that’s just how it goes. Your servant heart and love for others even when it wasn’t always reciprocated is exactly how Christ has called us to live and it’s truly beautiful. I know in 2 months you will be off to college and you won’t be just right down the hall anymore. I won’t be able to get a call with you saying “wanna go on a random Side quest” instead it will be telling me about the college life, But I do know God has such great things ahead for you Baylie and I can’t wait to hear all about it. Thank you for all of your inspiration and all of the late night car rides where we would just rant or sing together. Thank you for being such a great big sister! Go do great things Baylie!

Hi!! My name is Baylie Nash and I’m from Lumberton Texas, my dad served 22 years in the military so I have been all over Texas! I am 100% committed to ETBU and I’m so excited to see what the future holds. I have decided to study Christian Ministry.

I love Jesus and spreading his word, I love serving my community and making others feel seen, my favorite hobby is creating and crafting, star gazing, hiking, and antiquing! I love to play trumpet and I can’t wait to meet new people! I’m still in search of a roommate, so don’t be shy!

Jesus is my ROCK and this is how i ROLL

can’t even put into words how amazing this week has been. thankful for new friendships, new memories and even more exciting we received so many new brothers and sisters in christ (can’t wait to make heaven crowded)!!! PRAISE JESUS. can’t wait to go back and take everything we learned and apply it to our everyday lives. LASTLY but certainly NOT LEAST, thank you eddie for everything you have done for our youth. you’ve been such an amazing youth pastor and have poured so much life and truth into all of your students, we will miss you so much as you step into this next chapter but so thankful we got to go out with a BANG for your last camp!!! GOD IS SO GREAT💖 (also swipe to the end to see what happened to our mascot landon aka bob)
