YAC’s return to programming and growth this year is the direct result of a lot of work, thought and care from a dedicated volunteer group that stepped up in 2024/25. Our board members have been a guiding light, and a practical support over the last two years.Their insight and commitment helps us navigate new opportunities, strengthen our programming and continue offering support to emerging talent across the province. So much of our work is possible because of the time and care they bring behind the scenes. Thank you to all of our Board Members!

People place me on a pedestal they have formed in their minds. That’s how I know they aren’t looking at me like a fallible person. I’m just an idea. A concept. And then when I can’t help but do something human, this ruins their illusion of me in their mind. It’s unnecessary, and yet necessary. It’s helped me find all these people for whom I am eternally loyal to. Thank you everyone for making this first birthday without my favourite person easy. He’d be so happy to know I’m so deeply loved.

A MEANING FOR THE EARTH Debut mixtape from Sipdisco Link In bio. 9 Tracks from Canada's Only Bottom 40 Atheist Pop Artist. Influenced by lofi-hiphop, electronic pop, simplicity, and space. This is an experiment, a learning process, and a proof of concept. None of these songs are finish finished. The goal is to inspire artists and to express potential. This is completely DIY. It invites the listener to curate their own space and to have their attention drift back and forth. Music to clean your house to. Music to drink a beer with an old friend to. Music to lay on the floor stoned too. Music to wonder and imagine the future to. Music to grieve and to heal to. Music to give the earth a meaning to. The choice is yours. Enjoy :)
