What started as a vision filled with fear became something greater than I could have imagined. I chose to put the fear aside, trust the process, and follow the direction placed before me.

Today, I’m proud of the amazing community I’ve built, one rooted in connection, purpose, and genuine support. My goal isn’t just to create moments; it’s to build something meaningful with longevity. 🤍

Soca Pilates Brought Culture, Wellness & Connection Together 🤍🌴

What made this experience special went far beyond Pilates. The room was filled with beautiful people proudly representing their cultures, moving to the sounds of Soca, connecting with one another, and celebrating wellness in a way that felt joyful and inclusive.

From the all-white attire and Caribbean flags to the dancing, stretching, lite bites, refreshments, wellness gifts, and plenty of Carnival energy, every detail created space for movement, culture, and connection.

I love seeing experiences that remind us wellness doesn’t have to look just one way. It can sound like Soca. It can look like our flags. It can feel like laughter, movement, representation, and community.

We moved. We connected. We stretched. And most importantly, we celebrated community. 🇭🇹🇯🇲🇹🇹🇧🇸🇬🇾🇧🇧

Superman VS Pilates: working on mobility and stretching.

All I heard was the saxophones getting louder.

And can somebody PLEASE explain to me why the socks cost more than the class?! 😂
