CCR 2026. Absolutely bat. crazy! 😂❤️

A flying visit, about a million different hats and definitely not enough hours in the day!

Somehow managed to squeeze speaking for @ccrlondon, chairing a multidisciplinary panel discussing the protection of the title ‘nurse’, mentoring, filing an episode with @twiqktalk and speaking for @healthxchangeuk about building a commercially successful, medically led clinic and our new academy collab into one very busy visit! Not to mention @bamanurses stand!

From professional standards and patient safety to education, mentoring and the commercial realities of running a clinic, a little bit of everything I’m passionate about!

And of course, a chance to catch up with the brilliant BAMAN team. ❤️

Managed a couple of lovely, VERY long-overdue catch-ups with colleagues, but missed so many people! That’s the trouble with a flying visit, you spend half your time running between commitments and the other half spotting people across the room you never actually manage to speak to! 😂

14 years into this industry and I still absolutely love the people, the conversations, the collaboration and the opportunity to share what I’ve learnt along the way.

A huge thank you to CCR and Healthxchange Pharmacy for inviting me to contribute, and to everyone who stopped for a chat, a hug or a very quick hello!

Next year, I’m allowing myself more than five minutes to socialise! 😂❤️

An evening full of new launches, product development and new connections 🤍 most of you will know how much I love Obagi 🥲

The @obagiuk ambassador evening did not disappoint. Seeing everything that is coming our way and to say I’m excited is an understatement.

I choose to work as an ambassador not just because the people are incredible, but because the products genuinely work. I have tried and tested so many throughout my career and Obagi has never let me down.

I cannot wait to get the new products into clinic at @journeycliniclondon and share them with you all.

💙💚 Well, that was quite a night…

#oan2026 at the Outernet London and what an incredible job the Obagi and Healthxchange team did:))

💙I’ve worked with Obagi at The Medi-Shed for over 12 years now, and there’s a very simple reason for that…. our patients love it and so do I.

💙I’ve seen some phenomenal skin transformations over those years. For me, good skincare has to be about more than beautiful packaging and clever marketing, I want science, clinical research and, most importantly, results I can actually see in my patients. The whole ethos at The MediShed has always been “It’s time to upgrade your skin. Forever.” and Obagi ticks that box completely✅

💙But one of the things I love most about Obagi UK is the people behind it.

💙What a team. A complete powerhouse of bloody brilliant women who are knowledgeable, kind, passionate, supportive and genuinely lovely people who are dear friends - and work incredibly hard to look after their clinics and customers. LOVE💚

💙And yesterday they absolutely smashed it💃

💙The education, the speakers, the new launches, the production, the attention to detail… and THAT venue. You could see just how much work had gone into every part of it, and it paid off spectacularly:))

💙Huge congratulations to the whole team and particularly to those who got up on that enormous stage. You were absolutely phenomenal. RESPECT 🥂👏🏼

💙I did, admittedly, become briefly distracted when “Dr Dil | Balham Skin Clinic” appeared roughly the size of a small London borough on the Outernet screen. 😂… Apparently SEO works:)🤪

💙And rather special to be there as part of the Obagi Medical Ambassador Network 2026/27 and to find little old Dr Dil and The Medi-Shed in the Ambassador book. 🥹💙

💙Also worth noting that I seemed to have come dressed as the Obagi colour palette. (New peel!)💙💚Pure coincidence, obviously.

💙And as for the Outernet itself… excellent for skincare and education by day… equally excellent for Annie Mac before midnight if you love a rave🪩💃💃💃

💙What a brilliant event. Massive respect to everyone who worked so hard to make it happen.

WOW, what an event. 🤍 Two days at Professional Beauty London with @professionalbeauty.ukshows, and honestly, it was INCREDIBLE. We are still buzzing (and very tired, long drive home included 😅) @excellondon

Here’s just some of what we got up to:

🎤 Nurse Amy B took to the stage to speak in front of the industry
💬 Spoke to so many aspiring skin health students
🤝 Connected with people across the industry
🩺 Talked all things skin health education at our stand, all weekend long

Face masks in bed by the end of night two, because we earned it. We came home empowered, inspired, and more certain than ever that proper, evidence-led education is exactly what this industry needs. What a way to kick things off.
