POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We are making safety accessible to the community AND as individual oriented as possible. Within this series participants will learn strikes and techniques designed to help students get away from attackers quickly and safely. The end goal is safety by ending the physical attack versus prolonged engagement with the attacker. Participants will learn strategies for awareness, deescalation & advocacy and "by-stander" support; practice setting boundaries, identifying primary target areas during a physical altercation, along with navigating non physical attacks and confrontations. Each Class with end with a Q&A for input and debrief regarding the class and future sessions.
