A weekend of fetes! ☀️🎠🍦

We had a glorious time at Westgarth Primary today, soaking up the sunshine and the good times.

Yesterday it was the lovely and relaxed St Joseph’s school fete in Northcote.

Yes, the girls overloaded with sweets and poor Jules had to do a back-to-back hurricane ride for each of them 😅

But gosh we have an amazing community!

Another weekend reminding me how much I love Cooper.

It was wonderful to spend the last couple of days out and about, seeing so many people coming together to celebrate, create and connect.

From local makers, to volunteers caring for our creeks and families enjoying school fetes, there’s always something happening.

Introducing PROPERTY WITH PURPOSE! 🏡🔨

This Saturday, 17 October at the St Joseph’s School Fete in Northcote, I’ll be putting something a little different under the hammer…

Your real estate commission.

If you’re thinking of selling your home in the next 12 months, come down and bid to lock in a fixed sales commission PLUS FREE property marketing.

It’s simple: what you bid on the day is all you will pay when your home sells.

And the best part?

Once your property settles, the team and I at Nelson Alexander Northcote will donate the entire commission back to St Joseph’s. ❤️
So come down. Bid big. Save thousands. Give back to an incredible local school.

📍 St Joseph’s School Fete, Northcote

Northside 2 Battle at Croxton Bandroom was not your average Thursday night… it was a full-blown, glitter-encrusted, confetti-fuelled, boot-scootin’ explosion of live music synthesis 🎸✨🔥

7 bands.
60 parent musos.
Countless sequins.
At least two doof-doof poles.
And somehow… a pair of jumper leads also made an appearance 😵‍💫

From massive singalongs to dancefloor mayhem, the Croc was absolutely ROCKIN’ on a school night like it was the final set at a music festival 🤘💥

Honestly, there may never be another fusion Thursday quite like it! Thanks for bringing the LOT : Fairfield PS, Merri Creek PS, Thornbury PS, Preston South & Preston West PS, Brunswick South and St Joseph’s PS 🤘🏼

Huge thanks also to Steve, Hannah, Skye and all the awesome crew at the Croxton for hosting us the last two weeks - such an excellent venue to work with. 🙏🏻✨

As part of YOU, works by students from St Joseph’s Primary School @sjnorthcote are included in the exhibition.

One of my intentions for 2026 is to foster young artists with the same care, visibility, and respect I offer the artists I work with in the gallery.
These works are presented with that in mind — not as a side note, but as part of the wider conversation of the show.

YOU is now showing at Gallery Unbound
On view until Jan 25

Well done to the incredible students at @sjnorthcote and the super fun to work with - Miss Louise @louisekeys1 !!!!

Look at the magic we created together, proud of the hard work, diligence and attention to detail from every single student. This is what your very own hands created. More prints to be added on before I return to collect it next week.

I’m so grateful for sharing a special and meaningful time together- learning, sharing and creating. Well done to each artist involved.

This artwork will be digitised and exhibited in the form of an outdoor mural in the playground.
