This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start focusing on what your body actually needs. 👏🏼🔥

My client didn’t need to starve herself, cut out every carb, or spend hours doing cardio.

She needed a plan built around her. Her goals, her lifestyle, and a routine she could actually stay consistent with.

We focused on:
✨ Strength training with progressive overload
✨ Eating enough to support her goals
✨ Prioritizing protein + balanced meals
✨ Daily movement
✨ Consistency over perfection

And the difference speaks for itself. 👏🏼 Not just a leaner, more defined physique but habits she can actually maintain long term.

You don’t need to be MORE restrictive. You need a plan that makes sense for you.

💕 Ready to see what you can accomplish with the right plan + accountability? DM me “READY” and let’s talk about coaching.

You don’t need another “perfect time” to start. You need a plan, accountability, and a reason to finally choose YOU. 💜

The Fall Reset 6 Week Challenge is for the woman who is tired of:

We’re building strength.
Creating structure.
Improving confidence.
Building healthier habits.
And proving to yourself that you CAN follow through. 👏🏼

11 POUNDS DOWN, but the biggest change wasn’t doing MORE. It was getting more intentional. 🔥

When we started working together, we didn’t completely overhaul her life or throw some crazy restrictive plan at her.

We focused on the basics and made them CONSISTENT:

✨ Increased her daily protein
✨ Increased her steps
✨ Prioritized her water intake
✨ Made every workout more intentional
✨ Took the guesswork out of how heavy she should be lifting

Instead of walking into the gym and deciding what weight felt right that day, I chose her weights and progression as her coach.

That meant we had a purpose behind her lifts, could track her strength, progressively challenge her, and actually KNOW when it was time to increase weight. 💪🏼

But I also have to give HER the credit.

She communicates with me.
She checks in every single week.
She gives me feedback.
And most importantly, she follows the plan.

THAT is what coaching should look like.

It’s not me handing you a workout plan and saying “good luck.”

It’s having someone in your corner paying attention, making adjustments, holding you accountable and taking the guesswork out of what you should be doing next.

11 lbs down and we’re not done yet. 🦋

If you’re putting in the work but feel like you’re just guessing your way through your fitness journey, let’s change that.

SAVE this for your next pregnancy core day 🤰🏼✨

4 pregnancy-friendly core exercises I’m keeping in my routine:

✨ Dead Bugs — strengthen the deep core + help with pelvic and spinal stability
✨ Glute Bridge Marches — fire up the glutes while challenging core + pelvic control
✨ Side Plank Crunches — strengthen the obliques, deep core + hip stabilizers
✨ Reverse Planks — work the core, glutes, hamstrings + upper body while supporting overall stability

Pregnancy isn’t about avoiding your core, it’s about learning how to train it intentionally, manage pressure, and modify as your body changes. 🤍

Always listen to your body, watch for coning/doming, and modify when needed.

One of the hardest things I ever did was walk into a private gym.
Not because of the workout…
but because it meant exposing my pain.
Showing up in my body.
Feeling everything I’ve tried to push down.
Standing in a room where I couldn’t hide from myself.
But healing doesn’t happen in hiding.
So I walked in anyway.
Carrying the weight no one could see…
and choosing, quietly, to get stronger.

Affirmation: I am safe to show up as I am. My strength is built in the places I once tried to hide.

Scripture: My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9

Reflection: What I once saw as exposure, God is using as healing. Every step I take toward the light loosens the grip of what once held me back. Strength isn’t the absence of pain—it’s the courage to move through it with Him.

Prayer: Jesus, meet me in the places I feel most exposed. Remind me that I am not alone in my healing. Give me courage to keep showing up, and let Your strength be made perfect in my weakness. Amen.

Last night’s light and clouds were unreal. The sun kept peeking out over the valley, casting warm tones at sunset, then slipping behind the clouds and turning everything cool and moody. It took me right back to all my stormy shoots back home in Alberta that I miss so much.⛈️
