Beach Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation never disappoints. 🌊☀️

There’s something so special about the beach and the way she connects us through all her phases. The ocean, the fresh air, the movement, the stillness, and the beautiful souls we get to share it all with. 🫶🏽✨

Feeling grateful for the connections, conversations, and collective energy from yesterday morning. Here’s to more mornings of moving, breathing, meditating, and connecting with ourselves and each other. 🤍🌊

This Tuesday we’re getting together again for Tune in Tuesday at ODU Webb center at 1:30pm. This event is OPEN to the community you do not need to be a student. As per usual there will be games, meditation, food, community, and high vibes. 🩷🤍

Sharing here some really beautiful real voices, sharing about their real change & lived experiences on the SKY Happiness Retreat we had at Old Dominion University!

It was so great teaching with @addiiie.v who is a vibrant & wise new SKY Campus Happiness Teacher, sharing her love ❤️ and mental health experiences with the world!

May 🙏 all of us take time to care for our own mental wellbeing everyday, so that we can boost the mental wellbeing & happiness of all those around us!

A Prayer🤍

Give me not thirst if you cannot give me water. Give me not hunger if you cannot give me food. Give me not joy if I cannot share it.

A little gratitude journal entry from my first Bonnaroo ✨🎶

I’m still finding words for how special this experience was.

I’m beyond grateful that my first music festival experience was spent serving alongside the Art of Living community. I also had the incredible opportunity to lead group meditations inside the sweetest little mushroom-shaped house, known as the Academy, where the festival hosted mini workshops and experiences throughout the weekend. 🍄✨

The people, the energy, the authenticity, the connection… it felt like stepping into a completely different space. A place where everyone was open, kind, and ready to celebrate life together.

Getting to serve alongside my team was the biggest gift. We meditated together, danced together, camped together, laughed together, and shared this beautiful experience from beginning to end.

Meditation has been one of the greatest gifts in my life, but sharing this practice with others takes that joy to another level. Seeing new people discover stillness, experienced meditators deepen their practice, and then watching everyone come together through music and celebration afterward was truly unforgettable.

Grateful for the service. Grateful for the community. Grateful for the reminder that we are all connected. 💛✨

I hope you are doing amazing ☀️

I wanna start by saying how grateful I am to have access to a platform that allows me to connect with old friends, new friends, and friends that I didn’t even know I had

I’m also grateful for to live near the ocean and that I have a community to surf🏄‍♀️ with and meditate with 🧘‍♀️

Wednesday the ODU surf group and ODU Sky Mediation group will be meeting at Ocean View Beach in Norfolk to stretch, meditate, and share fellowship!

I will be picking up ODU students in front of the Webb Center at 4:30 on Wednesday and drop back off roughly around 7pm

However this event is open to the entire public, all are welcomed ☺️
