3 YEARS OF SKYDIVING. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL. 🥹🪂💗 @skydivelangar

On the 25th of October 2023, I did my first groundschool (that week) and made my first ever skydive. I genuinely had no idea what I was getting myself into, or just how much my life was about to change.

3 years later, and I’ve jumped out of planes, helicopters you name it all over the place, travelled, experienced things I never would’ve even dreamed of, and met some of the most incredible people. I’ve made friendships (and relationships) I know I never would’ve made if it wasn’t for this sport, and somehow, somewhere along the way, skydiving became so much more than just jumping out of a plane.

I’ve grown so much as a person. I’ve learnt to be independent, back myself, get out of my comfort zone and become more ME than I’ve ever been. I’ve built a life around something I love, and I honestly don’t recognise the person I was before I started.

This sport has given me so much, but it’s also come with some really hard moments. I’ve lost people along the way who I wish I could still share all of this with. I think that’s part of what makes all these moments mean even more. ❤️

In the last 3 years, I’ve gone from being a complete newbie to getting 3 skydiving sponsorships, owning 2 entire rigs, becoming an FS coach, and starting to work towards the next big goals. Tandem rating, AFF instructor, learning to become a videographer and so many more cool things in the future. And honestly, I’m only just getting started.

If you’d told me on my first jump that this would become my job, my biggest passion, my community and such a massive part of who I am, I would never have believed you.

I genuinely cannot imagine my life without it now.
Here’s to more jumps, more incredible people, more learning, more scary new things and hopefully many, MANY more years of doing the thing I love most. Even if it means doing it without you rat ❤️🐀

Thanks to my sponsors Alti 2, cookie and vertex for supporting me along the way :)

@phoenixflywingsuits

I completed my WS1 journey back in July but since then I’ve had so many questions about wingsuiting so I thought I’d make a reel to explain some of them! I’ve only done 7 Wingsuit jumps to date but hopefully lots more than next season. (I need some Wingsuit friends!!)

learn to backtrack with me (TR2) with @mafull … how hard can it be 😂😅

Thanks to my @cookiehelmets g35&c45 for keeping my head comfortable, warm and engaged. My @vertexskysports suit for the amazing skills (obviously) and my @alti2_inc altas II and atlas II audible for keeping me most importantly, altitude aware on all of these jumps!

A few tears, lots of flailing, but we’re getting there!! Huge thanks to Max & the Royal Aero Club for supporting my TR2 journey! @royalaeroclubtrust 🩷

Any backtracking tips are welcome for a baby backtracker (exit tips are very very appreciated too!!) ⬇️
