Free, electric, mermaid vibes and simply just BEING. 🌊 🧜🏻‍♀️ There’s something about getting a bunch of big-hearted, big-thinking, completely unhinged people together who genuinely want to see each other win. We’re all figuring it out as we go, nobody’s perfect, and we’re definitely not short on personality👏🏻, But what we’re building together is pretty freaking cool. And seeing the impact this has beyond us, on our families, our kids, and the lives we get to be part of, makes it even bigger. A whole lot of vision, a whole lot of belly laughing, and a BLAST along the way. Wouldn’t trade this for anything. 🤍

Welcome Dinner🌴 for recognized for earning the top level of this trip and being a top 10 earner too for it too!! Surreal being able to walk the stage with Hunter - he was 2 years old when I started this business and now he’s 9, crossing stages with me and telling me he’s so proud of me🥹💕 he was cheering on all the earners too which was so adorable to see! Forever grateful for starting NWM and continuing on despite the doubters and the people who told me I would never make it. I know I’m not unique in getting criticized for dreaming big and trying something new - especially in the network marketing space. The key is truly to keep going despite what others say. Hold on to your “why” so fiercely. Dive into the business, the personal development and make a promise to yourself that you’re doing this no matter how long it takes. And my favourite saying… feel the fear and do it anyways. I never saw myself on these trips when I started. But seeing others earn them and go big with their businesses SHOWED me that it was possible for me too. The law of possibility: if others have done it before you… you can do it too❤️

I’ve been on so many Brand Incentive Trips with Arbonne, and I will never stop being grateful for what this career has made possible. I’ve never known another career that has opened these kinds of doors, created these kinds of memories, and allowed me to show so many people in my family what’s possible when you bet on yourself. I believe in building yourself into someone you’re proud of. Being intentional about who you surround yourself with. Choosing environments that challenge you to grow instead of keeping you comfortable. And refusing to postpone your joy until you reach the next milestone. Your life changes when you change what you believe is possible for yourself, and then back that belief with action. I’m grateful for every person, every opportunity, and every experience that has shaped this journey. And I’m nowhere near done. 🤍

Grand awards: a night where the top 10 in the company are recognized in various categories and I am so proud of every single one of you who were up there being recognized too! It is such a massive and incredible accomplishment and for years in the beginning of my business I didn’t allow myself to really feel and take in the recognition in the way I know I should be, I didn’t realize what a big deal it was bc I made it an expectation within myself to be ‘at the top’ and be top 10 always… I got used to it and it became ‘normal’. But just because it becomes normal doesn’t make it any less worthy of celebrating and sitting in the gratitude and feeling of celebrating your own successes and even allowing yourself to be proud of yourself too. So this awards ceremony I really let myself feel it, I took a moment after it was finished to sit in the gratitude for all the awards + recognition + just spend a moment celebrating me, with me. I was awarded for # 1 in business growth, in a season I barely recognized myself for still growing and showing up bc it wasn’t ’as much’ as years prior. I earned a solo award for being paid on over 1 million in sales monthly, something I didn’t even know I was being recognized for and to be up there solo ina year where I felt I wasn’t showing up at my fullest capacity really made me realize how even in the years I’m not doing what I feel is my best just because my numbers weren’t the highest they’ve ever been, we’re still seeing growth and that is something to celebrate. So this post is dedicated to celebrating me in hopes of encouraging you to take the time to celebrate you, even if you’re in a lower season or a ‘dip’ — you may still be inspiring so many others even throughout your personal lows and that’s the beauty of consistency and continuing to show up 🤍🙏🏻 grateful to this company for all of their generosity and recognition and grateful for me finally allowing myself to feel recognized 🤍🙏🏻
