First dive of the year! Felt great to be back in the water exploring the reef with the Miami dive crew plus new dive buddies.

Diving under the ice is another level. People often ask me why we would want to do that and honestly I don’t have a good answer other than “because we can”. Sometimes it’s good to just do things because you’re alive and you can.. lucky you!

Good open water class this weekend! Getting to teach along one of my favorite instructors Nate! With Redondo being closed we switched it up to Les Davis! Good company with some seals & students 😄 got a little bit of current but great visibility and huge nudis!!

Till next class 😎

And huge thanks to Jason coming out to help out ! We appreciate our pros and all they do! @slackdiving

Great dive last night. Good group of folks. Temps are dropping and it's getting darker quicker. Tis the season for night diving. Charge your lights and come join. #fedwaymudsharks

Galapagos Dive Safari 2024 Wrapped

This year we experienced superb diving, with warm, high visibility water, extraordinary wildlife encounters and a great group of people to share it all with.

Over the course of my 8-night safari style trip, we dived the best spots of the central archipelago. We were blessed to find resting pilot whales, huge schools of hammerheads, Mola molas (4 on one dive!), mobula rays and so much more.

This is an annual trip on my travel menu, and I can’t wait to get back next year. The Galapagos always have something special in store, and this year exceeded all our expectations.

Are you ready to finally experience the diving of Galapagos? Contact me or click the link in my bio for full details of next years trip and to see the full report from this year!

An absolutely stunning photo by @pnw_scuba73 while diving at our local wreck, Inchcape 2. In our search for colorful nudibranchs that day, we were delighted to find at least 10, showing once again that the vibrant marine life of Khor Fakkan continues to amaze and invite divers back for more.

Wow! What an amazing year of diving! From Baja to Monterey to all the local diving in the PNW. Next year promises 3 tropical dive trips and I still want to go back to Monterey. Thank you to all my dive buddies that I’ve dive with multiple times or met at local sites. You have all made me a better diver!
