Come spend a day with me as an Event Manager. ⚾️🎉 Behind every activation is a whole lot of planning, problem-solving, setup, breakdown, and teamwork. This Emory Healthcare activation at Truist Park was a reminder that events are truly a team sport. Huge thanks to our event team, brand ambassadors, vendors, partners, and Ideas United for helping bring it all to life. Long day. A little rain. Lots of moving pieces. Worth it every time. 💪🏾✨ #EventLife #EventManager #BehindTheScenes #ExperientialMarketing

Another successful activation in the books 🙌🏽✨ This time Emory Healthcare partnered with LOVB and took over Gateway Center Arena where they debuted a brand new concept created with Ideas United for Emory Healthcare! Seeing people stop, engage, and really connect with the experience was everything. The foot traffic definitely showed up 👏🏽. I’m proud to have served as the Event Manager overseeing event coordination pre-event, onsite, and post event. Major shoutout to our incredible Brand Ambassadors for keeping things running smoothly and educating attendees on women’s health + sports recovery 💪🏽. And quick question… did y’all know Atlanta has a volleyball team?! 👀 Atlanta is one of 6 teams under the League One Volleyball (LOVB) league🔥! Go check them out and show some love at their upcoming games! #ExperientialMarketing #AtlantaEvents #BrandActivation #EmoryHealthcare #IdeasUnited

JANUARY 2026. I’ve struggled to make this post for a lot of reasons. • I haven’t had the time. • I couldn’t quite figure out how to explain how I even ended up here because it still feels unreal. • I didn’t know how to capture all of the work in one post. • And if I’m honest… I don’t think I’ve ever truly given myself credit for the years I’ve put into networking, building, learning, pivoting, and sharpening my skills in corporate marketing and production. But here’s what I do know: 💪🏾 It pays to show up. 💪🏾 It pays to stay ready. 💪🏾 It pays to build the skill before the spotlight. January looked a little like this … ✨ A new contract for me and my company with Ideas United ✨ Collaborating with Ideas United as the Event Manager for Emory Healthcare sports activations ✨ Producing and managing multiple sporting event activations across Atlanta ✨ Placing incredible brand ambassadors throughout the city at the Aurora Portals, 4 beautiful art installations around Atlanta merging art + healthcare in celebration of Emory Healthcare’s new rebrand To see marketing, art, live production, healthcare, and branding all intersect in one experience? It’s wild. It’s affirming. It feels aligned. The little girl from Cincinnati who loved the arts. The Clark Atlanta marketing student. The corporate email automation manager. The professional cheerleader. The production girl. She’s all in the room. I’m overwhelmed. I’m stretched. I’m grateful 🥹🙏🏾🙌🏾. If you’ve gotten to the end of this extremely long caption, may this be your final reminder before scrolling on to SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF THIS YEAR!

Big reminder this week: you’re only as strong as the team around you. ✨ So grateful for the creative fam at Ideas United, especially the Event team who help carry the load on some of the projects I’m part of. Y’all are constantly teaching me, encouraging me, and shaping me into a better event girl every day. Cheers to a successful week and the people who make the work better (and way more fun). 🥂🎉 P.S. - This is my 2nd time in Mercedes-Benz stadium this year to help produce an event 😱🙌🏾! #EventLife #CreativeCommunity #ProductionLife #Grateful #Events BehindTheScenes

✨ Friends who support friends … that’s the post✨ These are a few throwbacks from my Slate 32 branding shoot that still feels special because it reminds me what happens when community shows up. 🙌🏽 Huge shoutout to Fith Creative for capturing my brand so beautifully and J Peters By Design for the behind-the-scenes shots that made the day even more fun to look back on 📸. These amazingly talented individuals not only have their own businesses, but also rock as my in-house creatives for Slate 32 when needed IYKYK 😉 It’s one thing to have friends. It’s another to have friends who pour into your purpose. Surround yourself with people who not only cheer you on but contribute to the dream. Grateful to have both! 💫 AAAAAAND a shoutout to the friend who let me use his spot for my backdrop 😂 Thanks @imjustcyrus 🙏🏾 Follow @fithcreative_ @jpetersbydesign @imjustcyrus @slate32events #SupportYourFriends #CreativeCommunity #ThrowbackShoot #BrandingPhotos #SmallBusinessLove

BRANDING is so much more than a logo; it’s storytelling, emotion, and energy. It’s how you make people feel! Last month, my team at Slate 32 Events had the amazing opportunity to partner with WisKnol (the Christian card game company combining entertainment, fellowship, and learning)to produce their pitch video … and wow, what a journey! From concept to script revisions to final cut, we focused on helping them show up with clarity and confidence, blending who they are with where they’re going. I love projects like this because they remind me that great branding isn’t about perfection - it’s about alignment. When your message, visuals, and presence all speak the same language, your audience can’t help but to lean in. Grateful to the WisKnol team for trusting us with their vision, and proud of my Slate 32 crew (& @fithcreative_ couldn’t have done it without you) for bringing it to life so beautifully. 🎬 Here’s to brands that tell their story boldly and with heart. Let us help you tell your brand story 🚀 (corporate events, headshots, lifestyle/workplace photography, product/service photography, brand stories, demo videos, social media content, event highlight reels and more!) #Slate32Events #WisKnol #Branding #CreativeProduction #BrandMediaServices #ExperientialMarketing #PitchVideo #Storytelling
