Our bride saw the initial moodboards for this intimate rehearsal dinner. From there, she trusted CME to take the vision all the way, surprising her in the end with what would be the first look at a warm welcome for her nearest and dearest guests. Inspired by the high desert surrounding @juniperpreserve, we designed this intimate dinner party to feel like a natural extension of the landscape: wild, textural and elevated with the outdoors spilling effortlessly into the room. @highdesertflorals brought all the elements to truly be the cherry on top of the most stunning design. Soft yellow brought warmth and light to the tablescape in the linens (reflecting the sunset that would beam into this room), while rich earth tones and a subtle hint of Western character offered a little preview of the welcome party still to come. The very best designs begin with trust and end with a reveal like this. Thank you to our sweet bride for trusting us & truly giving me the opportunity to create something special 💛🤎 Planning & design: @caitlinmcdonaldevents Floral: @juniperpreserveweddings Stationery: @somethingnewstationery00 Photography: @leahwarnerphoto Rentals: @slateeventcollections Linens: @reverie_social Chairs: @heirloomsandco Content: @graceelizabethevents

Creating a space that welcomes guests to an intimate dining experience is my favorite part of the design process. It’s the area guests linger the longest, share stories and new families blend over a beautiful meal. We’ve been asked several times what our signature style is and to me, it’s gathering guests at a beautiful table and giving them a reason to stay. ✨ Planning & design: @caitlinmcdonaldevents Venue: @theorchard.hr Florist: @mountainviewfloraldesign Photographer: @leahwarnerphoto Rentals: @slateeventcollections Rentals: @greatjonesnw Linens: @bbjlatavola Stationery: @somethingnewstationery00

Our brand has simply never been about beautiful tables alone. It’s about creating spaces that truly welcome your guest to every seat whether it’s at the head table or the furthest guest table. Our tablescapes invite guests to linger longer and genuinely invite them to celebrate and this is one of our most deeply rooted values at CME. 🤍 Planning & design: @caitlinmcdonaldevents Venue: @theorchard.hr Floral: @mountainviewfloraldesign Photography: @leahwarnerphoto Rentals: @slateeventcollections Rentals: @greatjonesnw Linens: @bbjlatavola Stationery: @somethingnewstationery00
