People see a pizza trailer that opens at 3. They don’t see Christian getting there at 11 to prep or staying after closing to clean up.

When he first opened @customcrustkitchen , he tried opening every day, including lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays. He quickly realized those extra hours weren’t worth it and adjusted the schedule.

That’s something you have to figure out as an owner. Being open more hours doesn’t automatically mean you’re making more money.

When we opened Chinatown a main goal of mine was to build relationships with all the people who make Dodger Stadium what it is. Much like LA, I know behind all the 10% of glitz and glamour there’s 90% of us who make this city what it is. Hard working, good people.

The Dodgers are no different. It’s been a joy getting to know everyone who works in the organization. They come to LaSorteds for Lunch, Dinner, Bdays.. you name it. So when we got the call to feed the staff today we had to sort them out!

Absolutely honored to served the people who work so hard to make Dodger Stadium and the Dodger experience what it is.   Shout Out to our amazing team who was up late last night and early this morning to make this happen. Thank you to @slice for coming through with the custom boxes and THANK YOU LA!
