Tonight we freed an innocent man from an 8 year nightmare. I took Eiffel's case 4 years ago. He had been sitting in jail for the previous 4 years without a bond. We got him out. We then took his case to trial. We lost at trial due to some very unfortunate circumstances (an unfair trial) but we did not stop there. We appealed his conviction and after two years of Eiffel sitting in prison, the 3rd District Court of Appeal reversed Eiffel's conviction and ordered be be given a new trial in front of a new judge.

This week, the retrial began. This was our 11th jury trial this year. The 3rd in the last 4 weeks. Eiffel was facing the rest of his life in prison. By the grace of God we were able to finally resolve Eiffel's case and walk him out of the front doors of the courthouse!

NOT GUILTY of sexually battering his step daughter. Sex cases are very difficult. Nobody likes them and people often frown upon taking these cases. But when someone is innocent, that person needs great representation more than anyone, because there's nothing worse than an innocent person being accused of something like this.

Tonight I wrapped up trial number 9 for the year. My 3rd in the last 40 days. My 2nd, this year, with this trouble maker @iamjasminlove

Charge: DUI where she blew a .156 and .163. The legal limit is .08. The State's offer was 10 days in jail followed by Probation, 1 year ignition interlock device, 5 year driver license suspension, $2k fine, DUI school, and some other conditions I cannot remember. Max sentence was 1 year.

The courtroom was packed with prosecutors. Suzy Lopez (the elected prosecutor) herself came and watched the trial, in the front row. This is the second time since the Alicia Andrews trial that she has come into court to monitor what I have going on. I don't know if she likes me or not. Hopefully, I can still get decent plea deals. If not, yall better be ready to go to trial on your cases. 🫠

The verdict came back in 39 minutes, that includes the time it took for the jurors to eat their Jimmy Johns subs. NOT GUILTY!!

Just finished my #osha30 Certification which seems like it also took forever. It was no whereas hard as the #pmp Certification but still time consuming. I am doing my #cpr Training just for icing on the cake. CPR is not needed but in life you always want to set yourself apart. 10-15 years of this then catch me on the Beach in Jamaica just chillin every day 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽#worksmart
