because wellness was never supposed to feel like a punishment. 🤍

wellness is healing
wellness is laughter
wellness is sisterhood
wellness is working out
wellness is running

there are so many different forms and ways to better your health! yes i will always encourage you to work out but don’t forget to create a community, don’t forget to rest, don’t forget to laugh and smile! 🤍 this life is meant to be lived! thank you @prettygirlssweat for always reminding me of this

My first PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT and I clearly picked the right year to pull up. 💦💕✨

Celebrating 15 years of women choosing movement, wellness, and community — and looking GOOD while doing it. 😂

But beyond the workout, what I loved most was the energy in the room. There’s something so empowering about being surrounded by women who genuinely enjoy fitness, taking care of themselves, pushing themselves AND building community just as much as I do. 🥹💕

Fitness has become such a big part of my life, so being in a space full of women who GET IT felt different. We came from different walks of life, different fitness levels, different journeys — but for those few hours, we were all there pouring into ourselves and each other.

I came to sweat, have a good time and get some content 😂 but I left feeling inspired, connected and even more grateful for the community fitness has brought into my life.

Pretty girls really do sweat. 💅🏾💦

Happy 15 years @prettygirlssweat 🥂💕 Here’s to many more.

The wiser I get, the less interested I become in what merely looks beautiful, and the more drawn I am to what feels true.

Because beauty without truth is often just an illusion, and perfection is rarely honest. Real beauty lives in what is authentic, imperfect, evolving, and free. It’s in the courage to see people and experiences exactly as they are without needing to possess, control, or romanticize them.

Everything beautiful will change. Every version of us will eventually pass. So I’m learning to appreciate what is present without clinging to it, and to recognize that some things are beautiful simply because they were never meant to remain the same.

Maybe the deepest form of beauty is truth: seeing clearly, loving fully, and still allowing life to transform. 🩵
