It took 3 days to put up and about 3 hours to take down 😅😆 we had an incredible time contributing our stretch fabric deco installations to the vibes at @domefestofficial this year!

We had never been before and never seen Pigeons Playing Ping Pong live …and I can say now that we have officially joined the flock 🤩

What a joy it was to collaborate with so many talented artists and put our unique touch on the deco. That was the biggest stage we have rigged on yet and the first time we got to use a lift instead of ladders. We navigated all of the obstacles one by one, and even though everything wasn’t perfect - we were happy with the outcome!

Deco is always a puzzle to be completed on site, no matter how much planning you do, there’s a ton of variables to deal with when actually navigating the installation process. We love the challenge, and the fact that our work is done before the festival begins! 🤗

One highlight was working on the stage deco during Pigeons sound check and they played my favorite song! What a view 🤩 and I must say finishing up the stage fabric late night while they were treating the lights was craaazy 😆

Special thanks to my partner @im_a_fire_watch_me_burn Leo Flores and to the gallery director and artists for collaborating with us…and of course to the @pigeonsplaying for bringing us on board and hosting such a wonderful event!

I’ve been working in fabric arts for over a decade, but we are in the process of branding and making our deco company official right now. So feel free to reach out directly if you have any other events on the horizon that could use a festive touch! Next up is @fahrenheitflowarts !!🔥

Late post for Griztronics Canyon, I was in line for posting about it… haha jk 😌

The sets and people were sooooooo good and nice, it made up for the lines and all the other problems that happened. I will forever and always love you Griz and Subtronics 🫶🏻 also keep swiping to see some linetronics pics 🙃

Art in a studio is one kind of magic.

Art in a field full of music, strangers, weather, deadlines, collaboration, and complete unpredictability is another.

Mountain reminded me that creating with others isn’t about getting your way every step of the process.

It’s about showing up with excellence, staying flexible, and trusting that if everyone leaves room for each other…

something bigger than any one person’s vision can emerge.

Thank you for the music, the conversations, the kids who asked questions, and the people who came back just to watch the painting evolve. Thank you Bryan Stacy for dragging us across the finish line. Thank you Shannon for the footage 💙#collab #mountainmusic #homeboy #princess #process

What a gift. ❤️

The community is easily the most magickal part of being a flow artist.

I can always count on it to support me and provide what I need.
With a bit of trust.
A bit of courage.
And a bit of patience.

Normally in a video like this I would remove the original sound and overlay a song to make it more “clean”… but I had to keep the real audio so you can feel the true vibes.

Music that hits 🔥

This moment was extra special because I had flown to Florida on short notice to witness my dad get remarried. But first… it just so happened that @flowfestftlauderdale was happening a few days before.

So naturally, I had to find my way there.

Since flying with fire props can be expensive and complicated, I left mine behind. That meant for the fire jams I had to rely on the community to trust me with their props.

At first I felt lonely, shy, and awkward. I had been isolated in the New York winter for a couple months already.

But I pushed through and trusted the unfolding of the evening.

I was on the hunt for a fire hoop… my favorite 😉
My friends didn’t have one, so I had to find the courage to ask new people.

My first try didn’t work out and I thought maybe I wouldn’t get to hoop that night.

But then I met a wonderful new friend who had the perfect hoop and happily let me spin it. She even captured this moment for me 🥹 one of the only fire videos I have from that weekend.

And the moment my fire was lit and I stepped into the circle, everything shifted.

All the fear and awkwardness melted away. My power and magnetism turned on and I remembered exactly why I love this so much.

I’m endlessly grateful for this community.

This is why I encourage people to pick up a prop and give it a spin. You’ll gain new friends and epic experiences along the way.

Thank you to the flow community 🙌🥹🌀🔮

“People won’t like me if they really get to know me” often comes from a young you, one who learned to hide to feel safe, and believed they were unlovable.
Be gentle with that part. Look in the mirror and at a photo of younger you and say to both,
“You have ALWAYS been lovable.”
